Our clients loved their homes location but needed more space. We added two bedrooms and a bathroom to the top floor and dug out the basement to make a daylight living space with a rec room, laundry, office and additional bath. Although costly, this is a huge improvement to the home and they got all that they hoped for.

A door with a mirror inlay is the entrance to this bathroom. The white, hexagonal Carrera marble floor combines beautifully with the white subway tiles on the wall and the Carrera marble countertop. The built-in storage cabinet with wavy glass was built right into the wall, maximizing space and adding storage. What started as an addition project turned into a full house remodel in this Modern Craftsman home in Narberth, PA. The addition included the creation of a sitting room, family room, mudroom and third floor. As we moved to the rest of the home, we designed and built a custom staircase to connect the family room to the existing kitchen. We laid red oak flooring with a mahogany inlay throughout house. Another central feature of this is home is all the built-in storage. We used or created every nook for seating and storage throughout the house, as you can see in the family room, dining area, staircase landing, bedroom and bathrooms. Custom wainscoting and trim are everywhere you look, and gives a clean, polished look to this warm house. The master bath and guest bath were also remodeled in this project. This textured grey subway tile was used in both. The guest bath features a tub-shower combination with a glass side-panel to help give the room a bigger, more open feel than the wall that was originally there. The master shower features sliding glass doors and a fold down seat, as well as trendy black shiplap. All and all, both bathroom remodels added an element of luxury and relaxation to the home.
