This is a lovely remodel for very lovely people! My clients bought this house knowing the kitchen and two bathrooms needed remodeled immediately and that is exactly what we did. The bathrooms were first and after an extended wait for cabinets, the kitchen is finally complete. The transformation is amazing! The kitchen cabinets were custom built by Quality Woods. We chose to do two-toned cabinets with dark, silver pearl granite countertops. New hardwood floors were added in the kitchen area to make one continuous space with the dining room. This primary bath experienced a full transformation. Where a built-in jacuzzi previously stood, we added built-in shelving and a freestanding soaking tub. The new shower is enclosed with glass, and a bench added. A new towel warmer, new vanities and new flooring complete the warm and inviting atmosphere.

In collaboration with Darcy Tsung Design, we remodeled a long, narrow bathroom to include a lot of space-saving design: wall-mounted toilet, a barrier free shower, and a great deal of natural light via the existing skylight. The owners of the home plan to age in place, so we also added a grab bar in the shower along with a handheld shower for both easy cleaning and for showering while sitting on the floating bench.

The master bathroom is bright and airy - we added shiplap on all walls in line with the top of the window and they paint " Rainwashed " by Sherwin Williams on the wall above to the ceiling. A coastal inspired vanity light in brushed silver is centered over a capiz shell framed mirror.

A concept that we’ve done many times is working with shades. It’s a great way to open up a space visually. We did a unique barn door style glass door with a awesome quartz shower seat. Custom short vanity allowed for a lot of space added. Mosaic floor is a great feature!

In order to factor in the sloped ceiling, we built out the wall and added a bench seat to utilize the space more effectively.
