This powder bath just off the garage and mudroom is a main bathroom for the first floor in this house, so it gets a lot of use. the heavy duty sink and full tile wall coverings help create a functional space, and the cabinetry finish is the gorgeous pop in this traditionally styled space. This bathroom is in the second floor of a major addition to a 1930 stone colonial. We used a modern design with traditional underpinnings. Modern roller shades by Urban Loft Window Treatments function well as window treatments without blocking the light or view.

This outdated master bath had one thing going for it, space. The existing footprint was quite functional so we left it as is. We then updated the corner jetted tub with a free standing soaker tub that took up less space allowing for a bigger vanity, shower and a new linen cabinet.
