We gutted two bathrooms and sourced encaustic tile to channel a Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic that exudes both modernism and tradition. Lighting played a crucial part in the design process with modern fixtures sprinkled throughout the space

This ensuite shower room has a large shower which has been decorated with green and white geometric tiles - the tiles are also continued on the floor and splashback. In contrast all the shower fittings, taps and even towel rail are black to make the room feel really contemporary.

Salendo la scala si accede alla camera da letto padronale in cui è stato inserito un piccolo volume che funge da bagno di servizio. L'angolo di questo volume è stato poi "svuotato" inserendoci il box doccia in cristallo trasparente che funge anche da accesso al bagno di servizio ad uso esclusivo del proprietario.

Pour un effet "boite", les toilettes invités ont été parés de marbre vert (céramique) au sol au mur, les autres murs et le plafond ont été peints en vert. Des touches de laiton et de céramique blanche apporte du chic à la pièce.

Committente: Studio Immobiliare GR Firenze. Ripresa fotografica: impiego obiettivo 24mm su pieno formato; macchina su treppiedi con allineamento ortogonale dell'inquadratura; impiego luce naturale esistente con l'ausilio di luci flash e luci continue 5400°K. Post-produzione: aggiustamenti base immagine; fusione manuale di livelli con differente esposizione per produrre un'immagine ad alto intervallo dinamico ma realistica; rimozione elementi di disturbo. Obiettivo commerciale: realizzazione fotografie di complemento ad annunci su siti web agenzia immobiliare; pubblicità su social network; pubblicità a stampa (principalmente volantini e pieghevoli).
