Woodford Architecture and Interiors secured planning and listed building approval for the restoration and refurbishment of a distinctive and significant Grade II former vicarage in the Strawberry Hill style. The plans developed closely with our clients include reorganising the interior of the house and reinstating where appropriate historic openings and features bringing this beautiful property into modern day use whilst respecting its important past. The plans provide and new private swimming pool within a walled garden, 5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, drawing room, formal dining, snug and kitchen with relaxed banquette seating and refurbishment of adjacent barns.

This bathroom combines old and new to give a boutique look that is still in keeping with the age of the property. It includes Victorian style wood paneling and tiling, traditional taps and a feature double ended slipper bath, antique and vintage furniture and accessories. The colour scheme is largely monochrome but with bottle green accents. Feature lighting below the bath and in the shower provide useful night lights.

Fresh white polished carrara marble slabs surround provides privacy for bench sitters enjoying water cascading from the rain shower mounted on the opposite wall. The built-in seat in this beautiful carrara marble walk-in shower keeps toiletries at hand and invites bathers to sit down and unwind.

La richiesta da parte del Costruttore è stata quella di prefigurare un appartamento tipo, lasciando inalterata la struttura planimetrica dell'appartamento. Tutto è stato pensato e disegnato su misura, con uno stile moderno e allo stesso tempo funzionale.

A large master bathroom that exudes glamor and edge. For this bathroom, we adorned the space with a large floating Alderwood vanity consisting of a gorgeous cherry wood finish, large crystal knobs, LED lights, and a mini bar and coffee station. We made sure to keep a traditional glam look while adding in artistic features such as the creatively shaped entryway, dramatic black accent walls, and intricately designed shower niche. Other features include a large crystal chandelier, porcelain tiled shower, and subtle recessed lights. Home located in Glenview, Chicago. In questo bagno sono intervenuto senza stravolgere la pianta originaria ma intervenendo con una doccia walk in al posto della vasca e giocando sui toni del bianco e nero con i nuovi rivestimenti. Ho pensato al rivestimento dietro ai sanitari di un altezza tale che consentisse di ospitare una piccola quadreria. Il mobile lavabo in legno contrasta con il rigore del bianco e nero dei rivestimenti.

This sophisticated master bathroom design complements the large shower and luxurious surroundings with a double vanity, linen cabinet, and recessed medicine cabinet. The his-and-hers vanity cabinet includes a seated make up vanity, and the Robern medicine cabinet is framed to match the vanity. The multi-layered lighting design includes recessed lights, sconces, and in cabinet lighting in the glass front linen cabinet. The seated dressing area is finished off with an elegant, framed mirror.
