A focus of this design was integrating the inside-outside living, a perfect space for entertainers. To achieve this we created a seamless flow through the kitchen, dining and living, with retractable glass doors. These doors opened through to the outdoor dining and living with views of the swimming pool. The grand entrance with a two storey void and floating staircase was a real statement.

Master bathroom Double Vanity

Three custom 1 1/2 bevel edge framed mirrors were installed over the vanity and highlight the two gorgeous crystal chandeliers finished in bronze.

In this bathroom Greenfield Modern Overlay, Jackson door style vanity in Cameo finish with a 3-drawer stack in the center. The existing Cambria Windemere countertops were reinstalled on the new vanity. Matching Windemere quartz was installed shower curb, bench seat top and niche shelves. (2) 3-light vanity lights with clear seeded shades in Winter Gold finish was installed over the (2) rectangular Mayden mirrors. Moen Kingsley collection in the Brushed Nickel finish included: towel bar, towel ring, robe hooks, grab bars, toilet paper holder, and tank lever. A white Hibiscus 59” oval acrylic freestanding soaking tub with a Moen Wyndord brush nickel floor mount tub filler. The tile on the floor is Stoneways color: Velvet 12x24 installed in 1/3 brick offset pattern. The shower wall tile is Vara glazed porcelain in Groven polished. The shower floor is unglazed porcelain mosaic 3’ hex in Pure White color and a Cardinal 3/8” clear glass shower door.

Von der Badewanne zur Dusche ! Das war der Wunsch des Bauherren. So wird diese Wohnung ausschließlich als Wochenend-Wohnung benutzt und da ist eine großzügige Dusche wirklich von Vorteil. Gut, daß Bad ist nicht Groß, eher Schmal. Und ein großer Mittelblock als Dusche kam für den Bauherren nicht in Frage. Hat er doch in dem Haus bereits einige renovierte Bäder der Nachbarn begutachten dürfen. Also haben wir, wieder einmal, die Winkel genutzt, um den Raum so optimal wie möglich einzurichten, eine möglichst große Dusche, mit Sitzmöglichkeit unterzubringen, und trotzdem den Raum nicht zu klein werden zu lassen. Ich denke es ist uns wieder einmal sehr gut gelungen. Warme Farben, Helle Töne, eine wunderschöne Tapete, dazu ein Washlet und ein geräumiger Waschtisch, nebst Glasbecken und Spiegelschrank
