A master bathroom in need of an update was modernized with a barn door, new vanity and modern natural tile selections. We were able to create a bathroom space which include warm colors( wood shelves, wall color, floor tile) and crisp clean finishes ( vanity, quartz, textural wall tile). There were 2 benches included for seating in and out of large shower enclosure.

The gray porcelain tile, with touches of rust, in various sizes installed vertically and horizontally throughout the space adds visual interest while maintaining a sense of serenity in this small but functional master bath.

This modern, one of a kind bathroom makes the best of the space small available. The shower itself features the top of the line Delta Trinsic 17 Series hand held shower and the Kohler Watertile flush mounted Rainhead as well as two niche shelves and a grab bar. The shower is set with a zero-entry, flush transition from the main bath and sports a bar drain to avoid under foot pooling with full height glass doors. Outside of the shower, the main attraction is the ultra-modern wall mounted Kohler commode with touchscreen controls and hidden tank. Demo all materials except for the tub. Replaced old water proofing with Schulter System water proofing. Large vanity area with custom mirrors & trim to match vanities. Removed walls for an open shower with 3 different types of tile. Finished with champagne bronze finishes on all plum products.

This master bedroom suite was designed and executed for our client’s vacation home. It offers a rustic, contemporary feel that fits right in with lake house living. Open to the master bedroom with views of the lake, we used warm rustic wood cabinetry, an expansive mirror with arched stone surround and a neutral quartz countertop to compliment the natural feel of the home. The walk-in, frameless glass shower features a stone floor, quartz topped shower seat and niches, with oil rubbed bronze fixtures. The bedroom was outfitted with a natural stone fireplace mirroring the stone used in the bathroom and includes a rustic wood mantle. To add interest to the bedroom ceiling a tray was added and fit with rustic wood planks.

This hall bathroom remodel features Starmark Cabinetry in their Hudson white maple door with a nickel glaze and Richelieu pulls. The chrome fixtures are from the Moen Voss Series. The countertop is a Caesarstone counter in concrete with undermount Kohler vertical white sinks. The bathtub is a Swan veritek white right hand bathtub. This shower area has a 12X24 NIche and the decorative accent is a Bedrosians glass mosaic linear in the Eclipse series in Eternity.

Maple Grove, MN This bathroom remodel was part of a whole Lower Level update. The existing bathroom lacked the rustic look that the homeowner’s wanted and the space was not being fully utilized. A neo-angle shower was replaced with a larger rectangular shape that adds much needed elbow room for a better bathing experience. Porcelain slate tile on the walls in combination with the smooth, river rock floor and accent stripe up the wall add character and the rustic feeling the homeowner’s desired. A larger beech wood vanity and linen cabinet gained the homeowner’s lots of storage space for towels and toiletries. JH Peterson
