Bel Air Photography This bathroom's shell was outfit by the brilliant Kelly Wearstler. She installed that penny tile and black subway, the mirror and the vanities. We added the floor treatment decor (toilet, furnishings, towel bars, art) working with the great bones her work provided.

This master bathroom was once shouting with coral wallpaper, harsh gold accents and an over sized, unused tub. Our client wanted to escape to their master bathroom and feel as if they were in a spa atmosphere. We were able to show our client’s 3D concept renderings to communicate our overall master bathroom design. Using a marble curved basket weave mosaic tile on the floor with a black granite outline and Carrara baseboard, this stunning design began to take place. We selected a solid white, gloss tile for the shower walls so that our tile accent would be the shower focal point. The shower features a curbless entry, linear drain and seamless glass design for the most luxurious shower experience. Since our client had two beautiful chandeliers from her late mother’s home, we incorporated the fixtures into the lighting plan for a touch of sentimental glam. Custom designed vanity cabinets along with a vessel sink and waterfall edge countertop provided a useful yet beautiful accent to this bathroom. Stunning black sconces offer a softer lighting option that is incorporated with new can lights overhead. The finishing touch on this beautiful master bathroom is the custom designed valances above the windows that offer a sleek black accent with a subtle floral print. In this Spa Bath Siteline frameless flat panel Cantor door style in Walnut finish cabinetry was installed. The countertop on the vanity is Solid Surface Hi-Macs Terni with 6” high backsplash. In the shower is MSI Hazelwood quartz on the bench top, curb top and niche shelf. Radiance LED lighted mirror. Brizo Virage faucet in chrome finish and Pulse Power Shot Shower System showerhead and handheld in chrome. Moen Voss collection accessories in chrome include towel bar, towel ring, robe hooks, toilet paper holder, toilet tank lever. A Kohler Cimmaron white comfort ht toilet. Thermosol Steam Unit components: Generator, square steam head, square microtouch control in chrome. 3/8” heavy clear glass steam shower enclosure. The shower tile is 11x23 Contessa Oro Polish wall tile; 1x2 Keystone Urban Putty Speckle for shower floor and ceiling. The flooring is 12x24 Contess Oro matte finish tile.

This 6,000sf luxurious custom new construction 5-bedroom, 4-bath home combines elements of open-concept design with traditional, formal spaces, as well. Tall windows, large openings to the back yard, and clear views from room to room are abundant throughout. The 2-story entry boasts a gently curving stair, and a full view through openings to the glass-clad family room. The back stair is continuous from the basement to the finished 3rd floor / attic recreation room. The interior is finished with the finest materials and detailing, with crown molding, coffered, tray and barrel vault ceilings, chair rail, arched openings, rounded corners, built-in niches and coves, wide halls, and 12' first floor ceilings with 10' second floor ceilings. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a wooded neighborhood, surrounded by old growth trees. The homeowners, who hail from Texas, believe that bigger is better, and this house was built to match their dreams. The brick - with stone and cast concrete accent elements - runs the full 3-stories of the home, on all sides. A paver driveway and covered patio are included, along with paver retaining wall carved into the hill, creating a secluded back yard play space for their young children.
