A small guest bath in this Lakewood mid century was updated to be much more user friendly but remain true to the aesthetic of the home. A custom wall-hung walnut vanity with linear asymmetrical holly inlays sits beneath a custom blue concrete sinktop. This magnificent primary bath is a coastal chic spa paradise complete with steam shower and soaking tub. With ample storage, makeup area, steam shower and large soaking tub, no detail is left untouched. Reconfiguring the room created a much better layout with extra large shower, closet & tub areas. Lattice wallpaper is a show stopper in this small powder bath. An antique wash basin from the original cottage in the cottage on the property gives the vessel sink and tall faucet a great home. Hand painted flower vases flank the coordinating mirror that was also painted Dress Blues by Sherwin Williams like the Basin.

The tub/shower area also provide plenty of storage with niche areas that can be used while showering or bathing. Providing safe entry and use in the bathing area was important for this homeowner.

Luxury Master Bathroom

Updated Contemporary Master Bathroom, a small space making a big statement. This bathroom boasts style with linear gray tiles, white shaker cabinets and cool blue accents found in the Cambria-Waterford counter top and MSI-Grigio Lagoon mosaic. The Clean lines and modern tiles mixed with traditional hardware accents give this master bath a luxurious and minimalistic feel. This new sanctuary will offer function and relaxation on a daily basis for the client.
