A custom smoky gray painted cabinet was topped with grey blue Zodiaq counter. Blue glass tile was used throughout the bathtub and shower. Diamond-shaped glass tiles line the backsplash and add shimmer along with the polished chrome fixture. Two 36” vertical sconces installed on the backsplash to ceiling mirror add light and height.

This project started as a cramped cape with little character and extreme water damage, but over the course of several months, it was transformed into a striking modern home with all the bells and whistles. Being just a short walk from Mackworth Island, the homeowner wanted to capitalize on the excellent location, so everything on the exterior and interior was replaced and upgraded. Walls were torn down on the first floor to make the kitchen, dining, and living areas more open to one another. A large dormer was added to the entire back of the house to increase the ceiling height in both bedrooms and create a more functional space. This walk in shower replaced a dated tub in this space. We were able to make the shower larger than the tub space and added the stationary glass panel to keep the bathroom clean and open. The niche gives a place for toiletries. The two shower heads can be worked independently or together. The hexagon backsplash was designed to bring extra interest to the space.

Gorgeous powder room with a distressed gray Bombay chest and round vessel sink are surrounded by gold trellis wallpaper and a round rope mirror. A vintage brushed gold faucet contributes to the gold accent features in the room including brass conical sconces.
