We present this total renovation of a 70m2 flat in the south London neighbourhood of Brixton. This project was completed by our teams in just two months: a record in meeting a customer’s brief. We were tasked with modernising this apartment while keeping all the charm of its period features. The client wanted colour, so we chose a strong and luminous blue palette that is present throughout for a harmonious space. In the bathroom pale marble-effect tiles and brass tapware bring light to this windowless room. A bicolour linear kitchen faces the living room and is highly functional with plenty of storage. The light-filled living room is smart with its white panelled walls and handsome mantelpiece, while the mirror and lamps add golden highlights.

Balancing modern architectural elements with traditional Edwardian features was a key component of the complete renovation of this San Francisco residence. All new finishes were selected to brighten and enliven the spaces, and the home was filled with a mix of furnishings that convey a modern twist on traditional elements. Il s’agit de notre première rénovation à Lille ! Situé dans le Vieux Lille, ce bien avait baigné dans son jus pendant 30 ans. Une remise au goût du jour était nécessaire en plus de travailler sur la luminosité. Pour cela, nous avons installé une verrière entre l’entrée et la cuisine, des portes coulissantes pour communiquer entre le salon et la salle à manger et fait éclaircir tout le parquet.

By removing walls and considered re-planning we opening up the space to create a bright and and inviting family home. Our client had an eclectic taste and loved bright colours which we tried to reflect through out the house whilst maintaining the harmony of the design throughout.
