This award-winning supersized oceanfront penthouse condominium was completely remodeled by J.S. Perry & Co. The home includes a complete new custom kitchen, four bathrooms and all new finishes throughout. The warmth and sophisticated beach design remains strong through every square foot.

Remodeled bathroom was slightly reduced in size to allow laundry room to be brought up to the main level. Existing tub was refinished as it was in great shape. New vanity, flooring, toilet, and tile surround were installed. Shelves were built-in to the tile surround at the end opposite the showerhead. Shower panel was used and includes a tub filler spout at bottom.

Client Bathroom Remodel 116 is fresh, clean, and welcoming in this master bath renovation. The original bathroom was less than inviting with red throughout in the floor tiles, countertops and accents. As a result, these homeowners were less than delighted and ready for a complete remodel. As well as bringing in a modern touch to fit the rest of the house. Therefore, with the work of a trusted contractor and design principals instituted with one of our bathroom designers, the design process began.

Homeowner needed bathroom modified for accessibility due to spouse's progressive reduction of physical capabilities; but did not want it to look sterile. Bathtub was removed and a curbless shower was done, with 2x4 mosaic shower floor tiles transiting to an LVT vinyl plank floor. Corian shower panel, Hansgrohe fixtures and Moen balance bars for stability.

Basement Remodel For Teen Suite

A double sink vanity with dark stained shaker style cabinets. The backsplash uses a white/grey mosaic glass tile to contrast the darker colour of the cabinetry. Quartz countertops are in a warm yet light colour to match the warmer tone of the cabinetry. Central open shelving create nice symmetry in the cabinet layout. Individual mirrors are lit along the sides and back to create a dramatic and striking appearance. Vinyl plank is used for a durable flooring, while creating a warmer and softer surface for bare feet compared to tile. A small shelf is added above the two-piece toilet to display toiletries, crafted in the same finish as the vanity cabinetry.

KraftMaid maple peppercorn cabinetry with Cambria Seagrove countertops with flat polish edge, Kohler rectangle sink with Devonshire single handle faucet in chrome, satin nickel hardware, vinyl plank flooring, white subway tile shower with rain glass door.

In this bathroom, a Medallion Cherry – Solare Potter’s Mill Silhouette vanity in French Roast finish with brushed nickel hardware was installed with a matching medicine cabinet. On the countertop is Zodiaq Quartz Venetian Crème Color in polish finish with as eased edge 4” backsplash and attached oval sink. A Moen Eva faucet in brushed nickel with matching towel bars, paper holder, hand held shower and grab bars were installed with a Cardinal semi-frameless clear shower door. On the shower walls is American Olean 12”x24” Crema mosaic tile. And on the floor is Daltile Gaineswood 6”x24” flooring. A 38” x 33” glass block window was installed in the shower.
