Every room in this Docklands apartment displays the wow factor! Scandi theme is the design statement behind the timber barn door into the bathroom and euro laundry. This stunning timber grooved paneling, wall hung vanity has introduced texture and a focal point into this adoring renovation. Striking the balance with perfect mix of warmth, clean lines to create a seamless open feel. The Ensuite is nothing but amazing, exquisite finishes alongside the center piece of the freestanding bathtub. The speckled Terrazzo flooring is visually beautiful against the white custom- made joinery with brushed gold fittings throughout, creating a real timeless feel with complete luxury.

In this guest bathroom Medallion Cabinetry in the Maple Bella Biscotti Door Style Vanity with Cambria Montgomery Quartz countertop with 4” high backsplash was installed. The vanity is accented with Amerock Blackrock pulls and knobs. The shower tile is 8” HexArt Deco Turquoise Hexagon Matte tile for the back shower wall and back of the niche. The shower walls and niche sides feature 4”x16” Ice White Glossy subway tile. Cardinal Shower Heavy Swing Door. Coordinating 8” HexArt Turquoise 8” Hexagon Matte Porcelain tile for the bath floor. This project was completed in 2017 in conjunction with our Eagle Bluffs Kitchen Renovation. Designed by Richard Salter Interiors, this project featured a floor to ceiling curtain wall windows, a custom towel rack and free standing tub overlooking Garrow Bay. With a floating vanity and mirror spanning the entire back wall, this large bathroom feels both comfortable and eloquent. See if you can spot the medicine cabinets hidden in the mirror!

We were engaged to redesign and create a modern, light filled ensuite and main bathroom incorporating a laundry. All spaces had to include functionality and plenty of storage . This has been achieved by using grey/beige large format tiles for the floor and walls creating light and a sense of space. Timber and brushed nickel tapware add further warmth to the scheme and a stunning subway vertical feature wall in blue/green adds interest and depth. Our client was thrilled with her new bathrooms and laundry.

El baño en suite es muy amplio, con bañera y ducha de obra, tonos negro antracita que hemos combinado con elementos y detalles en blanco y con el que hemos conseguido la sofisticación y elegancia que nos pedía nuestro cliente. El otro baño es blanco con acabados y grifería en negro, para potenciar la textura del revestimiento con relieve, Dover White Struttura Spike de Marazzi, hemos colocado una tira led a lo largo de toda esta pared.
