Stunning En-Suite project just finished. All supplied from Letta London. Our client was able to choose and see all items in our showroom and created such a wonderful En-Suite. Starting with high quality porcelain tiles - Beige for the floor and walls. Green oxidised effect as a feature wall. Bespoke sunflower washbasin unit was made to both make a contrast and match the green feature wall. Adding LED mirror cabinet to maximise the storage. Wall hung toilet with little lights was used to make the night visits to the bathroom much more comfortable plus adding extra effect during day time.

This small bathroom was updated with a new design and efficiency of space, creating a more usable and spa like environment. The jungle-palm wall paper sets the tone of an outdoor oasis moved in side. Luxury fixtures juxtapositioned with antique lighting and a weather worn vanity lend a hand to create an eclectic and rustic interior.

The elegant new Master Bath, dressing area and closet is exactly what our client hoped for - and worked very hard with us to make sure she got what she wanted. The dressing cabinetry has interior organization for earrings, bracelets and hanging necklaces. Everything has its place.

When Barry Miller of Simply Baths, Inc. was contacted to transform this outdated bath, the vision was clear: add some aging-in-place amenities but not to the detriment of style. The outcome? A classic beauty with a furniture-style vanity and a green marble mosaic accenting simple white walls. The brushed nickel details add a traditional touch, while the soothing green palette is complimented by the marble counters and wall color. A new comfort-height toilet, handheld shower and grab bars add the needed safety features without taking center stage. The bathroom is all-together graceful and lovely.

Serene and inviting, this primary bathroom received a full renovation with new, modern amenities. A custom white oak vanity and low maintenance stone countertop provides a clean and polished space. Handmade tiles combined with soft brass fixtures, creates a luxurious shower for two. The generous, sloped, soaking tub allows for relaxing baths by candlelight. The result is a soft, neutral, timeless bathroom retreat.

If the exterior of a house is its face the interior is its heart. The house designed in the hacienda style was missing the matching interior. We created a wonderful combination of Spanish color scheme and materials with amazing furniture style vanity and oil rubbed bronze fixture. The floors are made of 4 different sized chiseled edge travertine and the wall tiles are 3"x6" notche travertine subway tiles with a chair rail finish on top. the final touch to make this powder room feel bigger then it is are the mirrors hanging on the walls creating a fun effect of light bouncing from place to place. With two young children in the family, this forward-thinking couple wanted to convert their generous second-floor bath into a beautiful, truly functional bathroom. Doubling as a guest bath, it will serve their young children for years to come. Designed/photographed by Greg Schmidt.

Words cannot describe the level of transformation this beautiful 60’s ranch has undergone. The home was blessed with a ton of natural light, however the sectioned rooms made for large awkward spaces without much functionality. By removing the dividing walls and reworking a few key functioning walls, this home is ready to entertain friends and family for all occasions. The large island has dual ovens for serious bake-off competitions accompanied with an inset induction cooktop equipped with a pop-up ventilation system. Plenty of storage surrounds the cooking stations providing large countertop space and seating nook for two. The beautiful natural quartzite is a show stopper throughout with it’s honed finish and serene blue/green hue providing a touch of color. Mother-of-Pearl backsplash tiles compliment the quartzite countertops and soft linen cabinets. The level of functionality has been elevated by moving the washer & dryer to a newly created closet situated behind the refrigerator and keeps hidden by a ceiling mounted barn-door. The new laundry room and storage closet opposite provide a functional solution for maintaining easy access to both areas without door swings restricting the path to the family room. Full height pantry cabinet make up the rest of the wall providing plenty of storage space and a natural division between casual dining to formal dining. Built-in cabinetry with glass doors provides the opportunity to showcase family dishes and heirlooms accented with in-cabinet lighting. With the wall partitions removed, the dining room easily flows into the rest of the home while maintaining its special moment. A large peninsula divides the kitchen space from the seating room providing plentiful storage including countertop cabinets for hidden storage, a charging nook, and a custom doggy station for the beloved dog with an elevated bowl deck and shallow drawer for leashes and treats! Beautiful large format tiles with a touch of modern flair bring all these spaces together providing a texture and color unlike any other with spots of iridescence, brushed concrete, and hues of blue and green. The original master bath and closet was divided into two parts separated by a hallway and door leading to the outside. This created an itty-bitty bathroom and plenty of untapped floor space with potential! By removing the interior walls and bringing the new bathroom space into the bedroom, we created a functional bathroom and walk-in closet space. By reconfiguration the bathroom layout to accommodate a walk-in shower and dual vanity, we took advantage of every square inch and made it functional and beautiful! A pocket door leads into the bathroom suite and a large full-length mirror on a mosaic accent wall greets you upon entering. To the left is a pocket door leading into the walk-in closet, and to the right is the new master bath. A natural marble floor mosaic in a basket weave pattern is warm to the touch thanks to the heating system underneath. Large format white wall tiles with glass mosaic accent in the shower and continues as a wainscot throughout the bathroom providing a modern touch and compliment the classic marble floor. A crisp white double vanity furniture piece completes the space. The journey of the Yosemite project is one we will never forget. Not only were we given the opportunity to transform this beautiful home into a more functional and beautiful space, we were blessed with such amazing clients who were endlessly appreciative of TVL – and for that we are grateful!

This classic vintage bathroom has it all. Claw-foot tub, mosaic black and white hexagon marble tile, glass shower and custom vanity.

Remodeled Master Bath (only bath in the condo). The tub was replaced with a new shower and a custom buiilt-in storage cabinet. This remodel began as a powder bathroom and hall bathroom project, giving the powder bath a beautiful shaker style wainscoting and completely remodeling the second-floor hall bath. The second-floor hall bathroom features a mosaic tile accent, subway tile used for the entire shower, brushed nickel finishes, and a beautiful dark grey stained vanity with a quartz countertop. Once the powder bath and hall bathroom was complete, the homeowner decided to immediately pursue the master bathroom, creating a stunning, relaxing space. The master bathroom received the same styled wainscotting as the powder bath, as well as a free-standing tub, oil-rubbed bronze finishes, and porcelain tile flooring.
