Renovation from an old Florida dated house that used to be a country club, to an updated beautiful Old Florida inspired kitchen, dining, bar and keeping room.

This ensuite bathroom boasts a subtle black, grey, and white palette that lines the two rooms. Faucets, accessories, and shower fixtures are from Kohler's Purist collection in Satin Nickel. The commode, also from Kohler, is a One-Piece from the San Souci collection, making it easy to keep clean. All tile was sourced through our local Renaissance Tile dealer. Asian Statuary marble lines the floors, wall wainscot, and shower. Black honed marble 3x6 tiles create a border on the floor around the space while a 1x2 brick mosaic tops wainscot tile along the walls. The mosaic is also used on the shower floor. In the shower, there is an accented wall created from Venetian Waterjet mosaic with Hudson White and Black Honed material. A clear glass shower entry with brushed nickel clamps and hardware lets you see the design without sacrifice.

You can easily see the harmony of the colors, wall paper and vanity curves chosen very carefully, the harmony of colors, elements and materials and the wonderful emphasis reveals the elegance with all its details.

This stylish powder room features grasscloth wallpaper atop navy blue wainscoting for a modern take on coastal style. An antique chest was fitted with a marble top for a beautiful sink with storage. A beaded chandelier, modern sconces and mercury glass mirror give the space a touch of glamour.

All new space created during a kitchen remodel. Custom vanity with Stain Finish with door for concealed storage. Wall covering to add interest to new walls in an old home. DOWNLOAD NOW   This charming little attic bath was an infrequently used guest bath located on the 3rd floor right above the master bath that we were also remodeling. The beautiful original leaded glass windows open to a view of the park and small lake across the street. A vintage claw foot tub sat directly below the window. This is where the charm ended though as everything was sorely in need of updating. From the pieced-together wall cladding to the exposed electrical wiring and old galvanized plumbing, it was in definite need of a gut job. Plus the hardwood flooring leaked into the bathroom below which was priority one to fix. Once we gutted the space, we got to rebuilding the room. We wanted to keep the cottage-y charm, so we started with simple white herringbone marble tile on the floor and clad all the walls with soft white shiplap paneling. A new clawfoot tub/shower under the original window was added. Next, to allow for a larger vanity with more storage, we moved the toilet over and eliminated a mish mash of storage pieces. We discovered that with separate hot/cold supplies that were the only thing available for a claw foot tub with a shower kit, building codes require a pressure balance valve to prevent scalding, so we had to install a remote valve. We learn something new on every job! There is a view to the park across the street through the home’s original custom shuttered windows. Can’t you just smell the fresh air? We found a vintage dresser and had it lacquered in high gloss black and converted it into a vanity. The clawfoot tub was also painted black. Brass lighting, plumbing and hardware details add warmth to the room, which feels right at home in the attic of this traditional home. We love how the combination of traditional and charming come together in this sweet attic guest bath. Truly a room with a view! In a Brookline home, the upstairs hall bath is renovated to reflect the Parisian inspiration the homeowners loved. A black custom vanity and elegant stone countertop with wall-mounted fixtures is surrounded by mirrors on three walls. Graceful black and white marble tile, wainscoting on the walls, and marble tile in the shower are among the features. This is an older house in Rice University that needed an updated master bathroom. The original shower was only 36" x 36". Spa Bath Renovation Spring 2014, Design and build. We moved the tub, shower and toilet to different locations to make the bathroom look more organized. We used pure white caeserstone counter tops, hansgrohe metris faucet, glass mosaic tile (Daltile - City Lights), stand silver 12 x 24 porcelain floor cut into 4 x 24 strips to make the chevron pattern on the floor, shower glass panel, shower niche, rain shower head, wet bath floating tub. Custom cabinets in a grey stain with mirror doors and circle overlays. The tower in center features charging station for toothbrushes, iPADs, and cell phones. Spacious Spa Bath.
