The Highpoint House
In this new build we achieved a southern classic look on the exterior, with a modern farmhouse flair in the interior. The palette for this project focused on neutrals, natural woods, hues of blues, and accents of black. This allowed for a seamless and calm transition from room to room having each space speak to one another for a constant style flow throughout the home. We focused heavily on statement lighting, and classic finishes with a modern twist.

Keeping the integrity of the existing style is important to us — and this Rio Del Mar cabin remodel is a perfect example of that.
For this special bathroom update, we preserved the essence of the original lathe and plaster walls by using a nickel gap wall treatment. The decorative floor tile and a pebbled shower call to mind the history of the house and its beach location.
The marble counter, and custom towel ladder, add a natural, modern finish to the room that match the homeowner's unique designer flair.

White walls in a powder bath just wouldn't do for the homeowner who loves drama and color. The results were a geometric wallpaper that give life to the space.

A nature inspired retreat for relaxing and pampering, this bath was a complete gut renovation.
the client requested a color pallet of green, black and white-such a departure for all the blue seen in baths these days.
The bath lies along side a bank of windows that reflects the greens of a forest outside.

This remodel began as a powder bathroom and hall bathroom project, giving the powder bath a beautiful shaker style wainscoting and completely remodeling the second-floor hall bath. The second-floor hall bathroom features a mosaic tile accent, subway tile used for the entire shower, brushed nickel finishes, and a beautiful dark grey stained vanity with a quartz countertop. Once the powder bath and hall bathroom was complete, the homeowner decided to immediately pursue the master bathroom, creating a stunning, relaxing space. The master bathroom received the same styled wainscotting as the powder bath, as well as a free-standing tub, oil-rubbed bronze finishes, and porcelain tile flooring.

This elegant white and silver powder bath is a wonderful surprise for guests. The white on white design wallpaper provides an elegant backdrop to the pale gray vanity and light blue ceiling. The gentle curve of the powder vanity showcases the marble countertop. Polished nickel and crystal wall sconces and a beveled mirror finish the space.

Occasionally, some bathrooms are designed without windows but with large, strategically placed skylights. We love this green moss color tile from Cle matched with the Oak vanity

Drawing on inspiration from resort style open bathrooms, particularly like the ones you find in Bali, we adapted this philosophy and brought it to the next level and made the bedroom into a private retreat quarter.
