This is a beautiful modern farmhouse concept with Light stained natural cabinets. The countertops are an AMAZING Cygnus Granite from Brazil. This kitchen is the perfect blend of Western Farmhouse and Modern-Chic.

In this master bath, we installed a Vim Shower System, which allowed us to tile the floor and walls and have our glass surround to go all the way to the floor. This makes going in and out of the shower as effortless as possible. Along with the Barn Door style glass door, very simple yet elegant and goes great with the rustic farmhouse feel.

A Relaxed Coastal Bathroom showcasing a sage green subway tiled feature wall combined with a white ripple wall tile and a light terrazzo floor tile. This family-friendly bathroom uses brushed copper tapware from ABI Interiors throughout and features a rattan wall hung vanity with a stone top and an above counter vessel basin. An arch mirror and niche beside the vanity wall complements this user-friendly bathroom. A walk-in shower with inbuilt shower niche, an overhead shower and a wall handheld shower makes this space usable for everyone. A freestanding bathtub always gives a luxury look to any bathroom and completes this coastal relaxed family bathroom.

The original bathroom on the main floor had an odd Jack-and-Jill layout with two toilets, two vanities and only a single tub/shower (in vintage mint green, no less). With some creative modifications to existing walls and the removal of a small linen closet, we were able to divide the space into two functional bathrooms – one of them now a true en suite master. In the master bathroom we chose a soothing palette of warm grays – the geometric floor tile was laid in a random pattern adding to the modern minimalist style. The slab front vanity has a mid-century vibe and feels at place in the home. Storage space is always at a premium in smaller bathrooms so we made sure there was ample countertop space and an abundance of drawers in the vanity. While calming grays were welcome in the bathroom, a saturated pop of color adds vibrancy to the master bedroom and creates a vibrant backdrop for furnishings.

We have fully-renovated and expanded this home to include the stylish and must-have modern upgrades, but have also worked to preserve the character of a historic 1920’s home. As you walk in to the welcoming foyer, a lovely living/sitting room with original fireplace is on your right and private dining room on your left. Go through the French doors of the sitting room and you’ll enter the heart of the home – the kitchen and family room. Creation of a new master bathroom, kids’ bathroom, toilet room and a WIC from a mid. size bathroom was a challenge but the results were amazing. The master bathroom has a huge 5.5'x6' shower with his/hers shower heads. The main wall of the shower is made from 2 book matched porcelain slabs, the rest of the walls are made from Thasos marble tile and the floors are slate stone. The vanity is a double sink custom made with distress wood stain finish and its almost 10' long. The vanity countertop and backsplash are made from the same porcelain slab that was used on the shower wall. The two pocket doors on the opposite wall from the vanity hide the WIC and the water closet where a $6k toilet/bidet unit is warmed up and ready for her owner at any given moment. Notice also the huge 100" mirror with built-in LED light, it is a great tool to make the relatively narrow bathroom to look twice its size.

A project along the famous Waverly Place street in historical Greenwich Village overlooking Washington Square Park; this townhouse is 8,500 sq. ft. an experimental project and fully restored space. The client requested to take them out of their comfort zone, aiming to challenge themselves in this new space. The goal was to create a space that enhances the historic structure and make it transitional. The rooms contained vintage pieces and were juxtaposed using textural elements like throws and rugs. Design made to last throughout the ages, an ode to a landmark.

Dual custom vanities provide plenty of space for personal items as well as storage. Brushed gold mirrors, sconces, sink fittings, and hardware shine bright against the neutral grey wall and dark brown vanities.

A secondary hallway leads into a guest wing which features the powder room. The decorative tile flooring of the entryway and the kitchen was intentionally run into the powder room. The cabinet which features an integrated white glass counter/sink was procured from a specialized website. An Arabian silver-leafed mirror is mounted over a silk-based wall covering by Phillip Jeffries.

A spa bathroom built for true relaxation. The stone look tile and warmth of the teak accent wall bring together a combination that creates a serene oasis for the homeowner.
