Upgraded small hall bath on a tight budget.

We started out with quite a different plan for this bathroom. Before tiling we needed to re-plaster the walls but when we exposed the beautiful red sandstone behind, it had to stay. The original design had been pure Victorian but the final design combined Victorian with rustic and the result is striking.

This urban and contemporary style bathroom was designed with simplicity and functionality in mind. The cool tones of this bathroom are accented by the glass mosaic accent tiles in the shower, bright white subway tiles, and bleached, light, wood grain porcelain floor planks.

A budget-friendly family bathroom in a Craftsman-style home, using off-the-shelf fixtures and fittings with statement floor tile and metro wall tile.

Full bathroom remodel with a gray vanity and wall cabinet, quartz countertop, double sinks, wall-mounted medicine cabinets, subway tile shower surround, soaking tub, custom niches, brushed nickel fixtures, and a marble-like hexagon mosaic porcelain tile floor.

Crisp tones of maple and birch. The enhanced bevels accentuate the long length of the planks.

This guest bath was remodeled to provide a shared bathroom for two growing boys. The dark blue gray vanity adds a masculine touch while double sinks and mirrors provide each boy with his own space. A tall custom linen cabinet in the shower area provides plenty of storage for towels and bath sundries, while a handy pullout hamper on the bottom keeps the area tidy. Classic white subway tile is repeated in the tub shower and on the vanity accent wall. Marble look porcelain floor tile picks up the gray color of the vanity and provides a beautiful and durable floor surface.

These homeowners wanted to freshen up their master bath and at the same time, improve it's overall function and retain/accentuate it's vintage qualities. There was nothing wrong with the hex tile floor, toilet, or vintage tub. The toilet was repurposed, the floor was cleaned up, and the tub refinished. Cabinetry and vintage trim was added in critical locations along with a new, taller one-sink vanity. The PROBLEM Our client had recently purchased a beautiful home on the Merrimack River with breathtaking views. Unfortunately the views did not extend to the primary bedroom which was on the front of the house. In addition, the second floor did not offer a secondary bathroom for guests or other family members. THE SOLUTION Relocating the primary bedroom with en suite bath to the front of the home introduced complex framing requirements, however we were able to devise a plan that met all the requirements that our client was seeking. In addition to a riverfront primary bedroom en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a new full bathroom, a small deck was built off the primary bedroom offering expansive views through the full height windows and doors. Updates from custom stained hardwood floors, paint throughout, updated lighting and more completed every room of the floor.
