A cold dark basement transformed in to a warm, welcoming living space. With its soft colors, and ambient finishing, this new basement space feels so cozy and calming. We absolutely loved how it turned out, and we are very happy for the homeowners to have this wonderful new space in their home.

Hansen & Bringle custom cabinetry is painted Sherwin Williams "Belize" with a Silestone "Yukon" countertop. The vessel sink is by Decolav in the Lagoon color. A mother of pearl mirror hangs above the sink and the tile is sourced locally from Island City Tile.

SMAll bathroom with walk-in shower remodeled and rerouted from a bathroom with free-standing bathtub. Industrial style for small space with abundant light.

A beautiful bathroom remodel, clean white subway tile, clear glass shower, stand alone tub, custom medicine cabinets, and silver ceiling. The shower floor and niche were done in a penny round marble mosaic. There is a cutout in the shower that acts as a shaving step.

Using the floor tiles in this niche add fun to this small space while tying into the rest of the bathroom.
