A gorgeous wall hung vanity with dual sinks and waterfall Caesarstone Mitered 2 1/4″ square edge countertop adds to the modern feel and drama that the homeowners were hoping for. As if that weren’t storage enough, the custom shallow wall cabinetry and mirrors above offer over ten feet of storage! A 90-degree turn and lowered seating area create an intimate space with a backlit mirror for personal styling. The room is finished with Honed Diana Royal Marble on all of the heated floors and matching polished marble on the walls. Satin finish Delta faucets and personal shower system fit the modern design perfectly. We remodeled this lovely 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,300 sq. home in Arcadia. This beautiful home was built in the 1990s and has gone through various remodeling phases over the years. We now gave this home a unified new fresh modern look with a cozy feeling. We reconfigured several parts of the home according to our client’s preference. The entire house got a brand net of state-of-the-art Milgard windows. On the first floor, we remodeled the main staircase of the home, demolishing the wet bar and old staircase flooring and railing. The fireplace in the living room receives brand new classic marble tiles. We removed and demolished all of the roman columns that were placed in several parts of the home. The entire first floor, approximately 1,300 sq of the home, received brand new white oak luxury flooring. The dining room has a brand new custom chandelier and a beautiful geometric wallpaper with shiny accents. We reconfigured the main 17-staircase of the home by demolishing the old wooden staircase with a new one. The new 17-staircase has a custom closet, white oak flooring, and beige carpet, with black ½ contemporary iron balusters. We also create a brand new closet in the landing hall of the second floor. On the second floor, we remodeled 4 bedrooms by installing new carpets, windows, and custom closets. We remodeled 3 bathrooms with new tiles, flooring, shower stalls, countertops, and vanity mirrors. The master bathroom has a brand new freestanding tub, a shower stall with new tiles, a beautiful modern vanity, and stone flooring tiles. We also installed built a custom walk-in closet with new shelves, drawers, racks, and cubbies.Each room received a brand new fresh coat of paint.

Master bathroom renovation. This bathroom was a major undertaking. Where you see the mirrored doors, it was a single vanity with a sink. It made more sense to have a double vanity on the other side next to the shower but I was missing a medicine cabinet so we decided to add a ROBERN 72" long medicine cabinet in the wall that used to be a small towel closet. The arched entry way was created after moving the wall and removing the door into a dark space where you see the toilet & bidet. The travertine floors are heated (a nice addition at is not expensive to do). Added a 70" free-standing stone tub by Clarke tubs (amazing tub), I love venetian plaster because it's so timeless and very durable. It's not used much these days probably because it's so labor intensive and expensive so I did the plastering myself. We raised up the floor and opted for no shower doors that I've wanted for many, many years after seeing this idea in France. While we didn't move anything around in the bathroom we did upgrade everything. The new vanity has roll outs for storage and built in electrical plugs for convenience. The tower that sits on the counter top also has a built in plug. The mirrors are medicine cabinets for additional storage. The new tub is deeper and wider then the old tub for luxurious baths. The tub deck is Taj Mahal Quartzite, and we used the slab so it is seamless. It wateralls into the shower and was used on the shower dam as well. The tile is the focal point and is marble and mother of pearl. His and her niches with a mosaic pattern add interest to the shower. The shower floor is also marble. The chandelier is capez shells and adds just the right amount of bling and reflective quality for this tranquil master bathroom.
