Démolition et reconstruction d'un immeuble dans le centre historique de Castellammare del Golfo composé de petits appartements confortables où vous pourrez passer vos vacances. L'idée était de conserver l'aspect architectural avec un goût historique actuel mais en le reproposant dans une tonalité moderne.Des matériaux précieux ont été utilisés, tels que du parquet en bambou pour le sol, du marbre pour les salles de bains et le hall d'entrée, un escalier métallique avec des marches en bois et des couloirs en marbre, des luminaires encastrés ou suspendus, des boiserie sur les murs des chambres et dans les couloirs, des dressings ouverte, portes intérieures en laque mate avec une couleur raffinée, fenêtres en bois, meubles sur mesure, mini-piscines et mobilier d'extérieur. Chaque étage se distingue par la couleur, l'ameublement et les accessoires d'ameublement. Tout est contrôlé par l'utilisation de la domotique. Un projet de design d'intérieur avec un design unique qui a permis d'obtenir des appartements de luxe.

Project from design to Completion

The guest bathroom features a stunning new shower laid in Venezia marble tile and replica mosaic 2×2 shower floor. The vanity was updated with fresh paint, new brushed bronze Kohler faucets, and matching brushed bronze hardware by Top Knobs. A whimsical blue geometric-inspired wallpaper rounds out this vibrant bathroom transformation.

The Major is proof that working on smaller projects requires the same amount of attention to detail, customization, curating materials to create impact and allow the space to make statement. Powder Rooms are considered a statement in every home and designing small spaces is both a pleasure and a passion. This small room has the perfect balance between the cool polished marble and the raffia textured wallpaper, with accents of metal highlighted by the brass fixtures and decorative elements.

Focusing here on the custom shower seat, shower wall, and countertop, all formed into a single piece of marble. The white and grey tile colors relate to this luxurious bathroom’s foggy Bay Area location, and the silver finish tones in. Vertical light fixtures either side of the mirror make for perfect balance when shaving or applying make-up. The bow-front warm wood custom vanity with a single-piece countertop that forms the shower wall also creates a custom shower seat. The corner shower is enclosed with glass to protect from splashes. Oversized floor tiles outside the shower echo the smaller floor tiles inside. All the colors are working in harmony for a peaceful and uplifting space.
