This Park City Ski Loft remodeled for it's Texas owner has a clean modern airy feel, with rustic and industrial elements. Park City is known for utilizing mountain modern and industrial elements in it's design. We wanted to tie those elements in with the owner's farm house Texas roots.

Master bathroom in 3 bedroom 2 bath home

A complete gut and remodel of an existing bathroom. New curb less shower pan, shampoo niche, frames glass doors and custom vanity.

The classical Carrera marble look in a modern layout. Hex mosaic tiles for the floor and shower pan. A hidden drain unit with tiles imbedded in it. Subway layout of 3x6 Carrera tiles with 5/8" pencil liner for the trim lines and corners. A vertical chevron style Carrera mosaic 12x12 pieces right in the center of the plumbing fixtures to act as the center piece of this bathroom. Two matching sizes his\hers shampoo niches perfectly positioned in symmetrically opposite the plumbing wall.

We remodeled this outdated bathroom transforming it into a new bathroom paradise. The new barrier free walk-in shower is a great new focal point. The tile design and installation are awesome. The porcelain tiles do a great job mimicking true marble without the downsides of natural stone. The simple lines to the new Fieldstone cabinetry in Inset construction with the Charlaine door style In Dove painted finish pop against the new blue painted walls. Nu heat under tile heated floors and new heated towel bars make sure your nice and warm when getting in and out of the shower. The shower bench seat and new vanity countertop are MSI Quartz in Calacatta Classique match the shower tiles seamlessly. The single glass panel in the shower prevents water from going outside the shower without detracting from the large open feel of the bathroom.

This typical Brownstone went from a construction site, to a sophisticated family sanctuary. We extended and redefine the existing layout to create a bright space that was both functional and elegant. Gardner/Fox designed and updated this home's master and third-floor bath, as well as the master bedroom. The first step in this renovation was enlarging the master bathroom by 25 sq. ft., which allowed us to expand the shower and incorporate a new double vanity. Updates to the master bedroom include installing a space-saving sliding barn door and custom built-in storage (in place of the existing traditional closets. These space-saving built-ins are easily organized and connected by a window bench seat. In the third floor bath, we updated the room's finishes and removed a tub to make room for a new shower and sauna.

Some spaces, like this bathroom, simply needed a little face lift so we made some changes to personalize the look for our clients. The framed, beveled mirror is actually a recessed medicine cabinet with hidden storage! On either side of the mirror are linear, modern, etched-glass and black metal light fixtures. Marble is seen throughout the home and we added it here as a backsplash. The new faucet compliments the lighting above.
