Le projet Gaîté est une rénovation totale d’un appartement de 85m2. L’appartement avait baigné dans son jus plusieurs années, il était donc nécessaire de procéder à une remise au goût du jour. Nous avons conservé les emplacements tels quels. Seul un petit ajustement a été fait au niveau de l’entrée pour créer une buanderie. Le vert, couleur tendance 2020, domine l’esthétique de l’appartement. On le retrouve sur les façades de la cuisine signées Bocklip, sur les murs en peinture, ou par touche sur le papier peint et les éléments de décoration. Les espaces s’ouvrent à travers des portes coulissantes ou la verrière permettant à la lumière de circuler plus librement.

Fresh white polished carrara marble slabs surround provides privacy for bench sitters enjoying water cascading from the rain shower mounted on the opposite wall. The built-in seat in this beautiful carrara marble walk-in shower keeps toiletries at hand and invites bathers to sit down and unwind.

Linoleum flooring will be very removed. The entire bathroom is being renovated cast-iron clawfoot tub will be removed cast iron register is also being removed for space. All fixtures, sink, tub, vanity, toilet, and window will be replaced with beehive Carrera marble on the floor and Carrera marble subway tile three by fives on the wall

Au sol, le parquet en point de Hongrie a été intégralement restauré tandis que des espaces de rangement sur mesure, laqués noir, ponctuent l’espace avec élégance. Une réalisation qui ne manque pas d’audace !

This semi in Annandale is a compact home to a family of 4. We needed to fit a laundry into the only bathroom, and refurbish the existing kitchen without replacing it completely. Burlanes designed, created and installed a modern bathroom with integrated bath and walk-in shower area, for use by all the family. Maximising all available space is essential in bathroom design, and it is important to create storage solutions to ensure the room is kept streamlined and organised.

This ensuite bathroom has the perfect neutral backdrop and design. Greys and whites overpower this space to keep it simple yet stunning. Faucets, accessories, and shower fixtures are from Kohler's Purist collection in Satin Nickel. The commode, also from Kohler, is a One-Piece from the San Souci collection, making it easy to keep clean. Most of the tile was sourced through our local Renaissance Tile dealer. Asian Statuary marble lines the floors, wall wainscot, and shower. They grey accent tile is the Allure Light Marble Polished from Marble Systems. A clear glass shower entry with brushed nickel clamps and hardware lets you see the design without sacrifice.
