The bathroom enjoys great views. The standalone white bathtub placed beside a large window is equipped with a Hans Grohe tub filler. The window features a soft custom made roman shade. We furnished the area with a blue patterned garden stool. The bathroom floor features a hexagon mosaic tile. We designed the walnut vanity with a marble countertop and backsplash, and his and her undermount sinks. The vanity is paired with unique mirrors flanked by tiny lamp sconced lighting. The master shower has a heated floor, built-in bench and recessed tiled niches for storage. Italian mosaic tile in a custom pattern was used on the main wall of the shower.

This brand new master bathroom was designed in this historic South Pasadena Craftsman bungalow taking special care to be consistent and compatible with the details and integrity of the 1914 home. Note the beautiful board-and-batten wainscot, full-inlay cabinets, custom baseboard and period sconce lights.

AJI worked with a family of five to design their dream beach home filled with personality and charm. We chose a soft, peaceful neutral palette to create a bright, airy appeal. The open-concept kitchen and living area offer plenty of space for entertaining. In the kitchen, we selected beautiful sand-colored cabinets in the kitchen to recreate a beachy vibe. The client's treasured artworks were incorporated into the decor, creating stunning focal points throughout the home. The gorgeous roof deck offers beautiful views from the bay to the beach. His-and-her zones in the master bath hold separate water closets and light-stained oak vanities with louvered drawer fronts, giving a coastal nod and balancing the more formal, modern elements. In the no-threshold shower, the knee wall supports a floating bench and two toiletry niches for supplies.
