This residential bathroom could easily be mistaken for a resort: a suburban sanctuary where colour speaks volumes and no detail is overlooked. The bathroom sits inside a stunning federation abode set in a heritage garden suburb of Newcastle. The design takes on a theatrical design concept that effortlessly pays respect to the vintage features of the home while creating an elegant and contemporary space for the client.

This custom walnut vanity with holly inlays provides plenty of storage while being a detailed focal point upon entering the space.

A remodeled shower gained floor space with a glass shower barn door with oversized ladder pull. Pebble tile on the shower base and larger stone-look porcelain tile on the walls gave a neutral background for a bold orange paint color.

Our Miami studio gave the kitchen, powder bathroom, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest suites, basement, and outdoor areas of this townhome a complete renovation and facelift with a super modern look. The living room features a neutral palette with comfy furniture, while a bright-hued TABATA Ottoman and IKI Chair from our SORELLA Furniture collection adds pops of bright color. The bedroom is a light, elegant space, and the kitchen features white cabinetry with a dark island and countertops. The outdoor area has a playful, fun look with functional furniture and colorful outdoor decor and accessories. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo.
