123 Remodeling’s design-build team gave this bathroom in Bucktown (Chicago, IL) a facelift by installing new tile, mirrors, light fixtures, and a new countertop. We reused the existing vanity, shower fixtures, faucets, and toilet that were all in good condition. We incorporated a beautiful blue blended tile as an accent wall to pop against the rest of the neutral tiles. Lastly, we added a shower bench and a sliding glass shower door giving this client the coastal bathroom of their dreams.

Luxury bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, floating vanities and floor to ceiling large format porcelain tile. This bathroom is practical and luxurious, double sinks are reminiscent of high-end hotel suites and are a perfect addition to a bathroom shared by busy couples. The high mirrors are the secret behind enlarging the space. We love the way brass fixtures compliment the white quartz countertop and chevron tiles add some personality to the monochrome color scheme.

A lovely bathroom, with brushed gold finishes, a sumptuous shower and enormous bath and a shower toilet. The tiles are not marble but a very large practical marble effect porcelain which is perfect for easy maintenance.

White and grey bathroom with a printed tile made this bathroom feel warm and cozy. Wall scones, gold mirrors and a mix of gold and silver accessories brought this bathroom to life.

FIRST PLACE 2018 ASID DESIGN OVATION AWARD / MASTER BATH OVER $50,000. In addition to a much-needed update, the clients desired a spa-like environment for their Master Bath. Sea Pearl Quartzite slabs were used on an entire wall and around the vanity and served as this ethereal palette inspiration. The Hall Bathroom is a zero-threshold shower with floor to ceiling Islandia Hawaii Glass subway tile surround, Tundra Grey Basket weave flooring throughout and a black vanity with Nouveau Calcatta white quartz counter top.
