Advancement to the Great Room reveals massive, built-in vertical storage, a vast area for all manner of social interactions and a bountiful showcase of the forest scenery that allows the natural splendor of the outside in. The sleek corner-kitchen is composed with elevated countertops. These additional 4in create the perfect fit for our larger-than-life homeowner and make stooping and drooping a distant memory. The comfortable kitchen creates no spatial divide and easily transitions to the sun-drenched dining nook, complete with overhead coffered-beam ceiling. This trifecta of function, form and flow accommodates all shapes and sizes and allows any number of events to be hosted here. On the rare occasion more room is needed, the sliding glass doors can be opened allowing an out-pour of activity. Traditional Hall Bath with Wood Vanity & Shower Arch Details

A fresh take on the Victorian style bathroom with bright elements and patterns.

This bath is bright, thanks to a Solatube Daylighting system – like an efficient skylight – that provides great natural lighting by day and with the optional light fixture, a safe night light. An abundance of in-ceiling lights creates a minimalist bright overall ambience as well as focused task lighting for a low vision user. A Remcraft 5X lighted magnified makeup mirror caps off the accessible lighting design.

A very small family bathroom in need of updating. To keep it as open as possible we created continual lines and had the bath and sink undermounted and the toilet wall hung.

The PROBLEM Our client had recently purchased a beautiful home on the Merrimack River with breathtaking views. Unfortunately the views did not extend to the primary bedroom which was on the front of the house. In addition, the second floor did not offer a secondary bathroom for guests or other family members. THE SOLUTION Relocating the primary bedroom with en suite bath to the front of the home introduced complex framing requirements, however we were able to devise a plan that met all the requirements that our client was seeking. In addition to a riverfront primary bedroom en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a new full bathroom, a small deck was built off the primary bedroom offering expansive views through the full height windows and doors. Updates from custom stained hardwood floors, paint throughout, updated lighting and more completed every room of the floor.
