Again making the most of square footage, Wendy designed a pocket door entrance to the master bath from the master bedroom.

This large master bathroom remodel was remodeled with the intent of making it a relaxation center. A double white vanity with a tower cabinet is the focal point of this remodel. A large walk in shower with grey tile and mosaic tile liner.

A serious refresh was in order for this shared bathroom, and the overhaul of this space was well worth it. Yummy, authentic, zellige tile give such a warm and inviting feel to the tub/ shower alcove while the large format porcelain tile flooring has a classic feel. We designed the vanity to account for a double trough sink, storage below, and even a concealed step stool (hidden in the base of the vanity) for the kiddos who can't quite reach the sink yet.

This huge Master Ensuite was designed to provide a luxurious His and Hers space with an emphasis on taking advantage of the incredible ocean views from the freestanding tub.

For this project LETTER FOUR worked closely with the homeowners to fully transform the existing home via complete Design-Build services. The home was a small, single story home on an oddly-shaped lot, in the Pacific Palisades, with an awkward floor plan that was not functional for a growing family. We added a second story, a roof deck, reconfigured the first floor, and fully transformed the finishes, fixtures, flow, function, and feel of the home, all while securing an exemption from California Coastal Commission requirements. If the exterior of a house is its face the interior is its heart. The house designed in the hacienda style was missing the matching interior. We created a wonderful combination of Spanish color scheme and materials with amazing distressed wood rustic vanity and wrought iron fixtures. The floors are made of 4 different sized chiseled edge travertine and the wall tiles are 4"x8" travertine subway tiles. A full sized exterior shower system made out of copper is installed out the exterior of the tile to act as a center piece for the shower. The huge double sink reclaimed wood vanity with matching mirrors and light fixtures are there to provide the "old world" look and feel. Notice there is no dam for the shower pan, the shower is a step down, by that design you eliminate the need for the nuisance of having a step up acting as a dam. Photography: R / G Photography
