A view in to this master shower remodel located in Phoenix, Arizona shows the frameless glass stopping 8" from the ceiling to allow for venting of the shower. Doing this allowed the shower entry door to be full height from floor to ceiling. Other features include multiple shower head locations, custom tile installations with Travertine tile, and hand carved Cantera Stone accents. Design credit - Lorrie Hochuli

Color creates a lowered, cozier scale in a high ceiling bath, while white paint and clerestory brighten the ceiling. White painted woodwork around the tub allows for stoerage and display.

A mix of down lights and wall sconces provides plenty of light at the vanity. All the lights are on separate dimmers to allow the light levels to be adjusted.

This Master Bathroom works well with the two-sink custom cabinet vanity with center storage & make-up space. Marble & limestone tile below with golden wallpaper on upper walls join to create a rich, warm space. Photos by: Heather Vanderpool and Debra Lansdowne
