Lenox House Design
Ramsey the Home Owner's rescued Rhodesian Ridgeback found his spot immediately during the delivery - on the custom area rug. He had to give his stamp of approval through the entire design process and we were so happy he was happy!

GLDESIGN
Sometimes what you’re looking for is right in your own backyard. This is what our Darien Reno Project homeowners decided as we launched into a full house renovation beginning in 2017. The project lasted about one year and took the home from 2700 to 4000 square feet.

SV Design
This North Shore residence captures commanding views of the ocean, while maintaining a sense of privacy for the homeowners. Their priorities focused on thoughtful design, evolving from a restoration of a small summer cottage into a new home, well sited on a narrow lot. SV Design worked within the constraints of conservation and a flood zone to create a masterpiece of charm and appeal. The home reflects the tastes of the owners, who remained involved through every step of the process. Natural light is well utilized, the open layout provides ease in entertaining and in day to day living, and the views are captured from assorted vantage points. Personalized accents abound throughout the property--- warm wood flooring, stone accents--- both inside and outside of the home, a kitchen with clean lines and efficient storage space, and a butler’s pantry. The design of the property is aesthetically pleasing, creative, and functional; most of all, it fulfilled the visions of the clients.
Pineapple House Interior Design
The entire space transformed once Pineapple House Interior Design removed several interior walls and sliding glass doors, making one room from five formerly distinct spaces. Pineapple House designed all integrated, energy efficient lighting and wall and ceiling treatments -- beams, coffers, drapery pockets -- and determined all floor and tile patterns.

Meyer & Meyer, Inc. Architecture and Interiors
The unique site, 11 acres on a peninsula with breathtaking views of the ocean, inspired Meyer & Meyer to break the mold of waterside shingle-style homes. The estate is comprised of a main house, guest house, and existing bunker. The design of the main house involves projecting wings that appear to grow out of the hillside and spread outward toward three sides of ocean views. Architecture and landscape merge as exterior stairways and bridges provide connections to a network of paths leading to the beaches at each point. An enduring palette of local stone, salt-washed wood, and purple-green slate reflects the muted and changeable seaside hues. This beach-side retreat offers ever-changing views from windows, terraces, decks, and pathways. Tucked into the design are unexpected touches such as a hideaway wine room and a nautically-inspired crow’s nest.
Made To Last Custom Homes Ltd.
Georgia Park Heights Custom Home is a “West Coast Modern” style home that was built in Crofton, BC. This house overlooks the quaint Cowichan Valley town and includes a gorgeous view of the ocean and neighbouring Salt Spring Island. This custom home is 2378 square feet, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom and ensuite of this home are located in the walk-out basement, leaving the main floor for an open-concept kitchen, living area and dining area.
The most noteworthy feature of this Crofton custom home is the abundance of light. Firstly, the home is filled with many windows, and includes skylights, and sliding glass doors to bring in natural light. Further, upper and under cabinet lighting was installed in the custom kitchen, in addition to pot lights and pendant lights. The result is a bright, airy custom home that is perfect for this Crofton location. Additional design elements such as wood floors and a wooden breakfast bar complete the “West Coast” style of this Georgia Park Heights Custom Home.
