Black and White Transitional Bathroom

We moved the location of the hall bath to the area where the existing primary bath was located. This is more central to the two kids' bedrooms – it has 2 doors – one from the hall, the other from the front bedroom.

This beautiful small guest bathroom was completely transformed. Matte porcelain tiles in varying sizes and patterns were used throughout. To make the space appear larger we used a vanity with an open shelf on the bottom and a frameless bypass shower door.

www.nestkbhomedesign.com This unique tile design makes a small bathroom really come to life. The sliding barn style shower door males the best use for the small space. A handheld shower head will allow this shower to be versatile in the future for a shower bench.

Adding double faucets in a wall mounted sink to this guest bathroom is such a fun way for the kids to brush their teeth. Keeping the walls white and adding neutral tile and finishes makes the room feel fresh and clean.

This guest bathroom designed by our Pasadena studio showcases a Spanish colonial look. We maximized space by clubbing the tub and shower and enclosed it with glass to give an open feel. This cottage remodel on Lake Charlevoix was such a fun project to work on. We really strived to bring in the coastal elements around the home to give this cottage it's asthetics. You will see a lot of whites, light blues, and some grey/greige accents as well.
