An inviting great room with a soft, neutral palette lends sophistication to a rental venue that sleeps 21. A large rectangular table for ten allows for fine dining and great conversation bathed in the glow of a hanging linear pendant. The ample, deep seating nearby is on such a large scale that the sofa had to be hoisted up two floors on a forklift!

A beautiful urban beachside apartment in Corona Del Mar, CA. Open concept entry, living, dining, and kitchen are the primary spaces to hang out in.

This LVP driftwood-inspired design balances overcast grey hues with subtle taupes. A smooth, calming style with a neutral undertone that works with all types of decor. The new open-plan kitchen and living room have a sloped roof extension with skylights and large bi-folding doors. We designed the kitchen bespoke to our client's individual requirements with 6 seats at a large double sides island, a large corner pantry unit and a hot water tap. Off this space, there is also a utility room. The seating area has a three-seater and a two-seater sofa which both recline. There is also still space to add a dining table if the client wishes in the future.

After completing their powder room remodel with Landmark Remodeling the homeowners wanted to continue the long awaited updating they were wanting to do to your home. They weren't ready for the kitchen or basement, so we chose to do the family room adjacent to the kitchen. We painted and tiled the fireplace, installed luxury vinyl plank, painted the walls, and got new furniture and window treatments.
