Recessed LED & Steam free mirror units with mini alcoves for perfumes were designed to allow for storage solutions while keeping with the them of simplicity. A split face stone covers the back wall to draw your eyes to the vast shower area. We designed a 120x120 bespoke wet room with custom glass enclosure. All sanitary ware is and furniture has been wall mounted to create the sense of space while making it practical to maintain to the floor. The exterior features a timber frame porch, standing seam metal roof, custom chimney cap, Barnwood siding, and a glass garage door. Reclaimed timber derived from the homeowner’s family farmhouse is incorporated throughout the structure. It is decoratively used on the exterior as well as on the interior accent walls and ceiling beams. Other central interior elements include recessed lighting, flush baseboards, and caseless windows and doors. Hickory engineered flooring is displayed upstairs, and exposed concrete slab and foundation walls complement the downstairs decor. The cloakroom WC in our apartment renovation in Kensington, London. We wanted to create a feeling of space in this small room; this was achieved by installing full-height mirrors above the sink.⁠ We ran a deep mitred marble vanity top along the full width of the room and the mirror was underlit with LED lighting. The white under-mounted sink created a nice contrast to the dark marble vanity top.⁠⠀ I love the wallpaper in this room; a rich dark taupe-coloured seagrass wallpaper that added texture and depth to the walls. The vanity unit has a simple deep drawer made in a dark wood wenge material with a stunning horn and nickel handle by @ochreochre, with accessories by @jomalonelondon⁠⁠⠀
