The enlarged sunroom incorporates the industry-leading Vertical Stacking Window System by Sunspace. The windows can be easily opened from the top or bottom. Window material is the revolutionary ViewFlex Vinyl with memory technology. Sunspace's Vertical Stacking Windows allow the windows to be opened up to 75% of the available height. Sunspace uses a special painting technique to guard against fading from the sun's harsh ultra-violet rays.

UNE VERRIÈRE D’EXCEPTION C’est dans un superbe appartement en terrasse au quatrième étage d’une résidence neuve que MCP est intervenu pour concevoir et poser une superbe verrière sur-mesure. Situé dans un beau quartier, sans vis-à-vis, au coeur de Châtillon, il ne manquait à cet appartement qu’une verrière pour passer dans la cour des grands. UNE DE NOS PLUS BELLES RÉALISATIONS Réalisée sur-mesure, cette verrière en aluminium a été imaginée par MCP dès la construction de la résidence. Composée de 6 chassis-fixe disposés en un demi dodécagone autour du grand salon, la verrière ouvre complètement l’appartement sur son environnement et sa grande terrasse. Après l’avoir dessinée, MCP a choisi le fabricant de véranda premium Soko pour produire la verrière en aluminium gris anthracite. UNE CONCEPTION PREMIUM Une telle verrière c’est bien joli, mais ça doit aussi garantir de bonnes performances d’étanchéité à l’eau et à l’air et une isolation thermique et phonique optimale. Pour cela il est indispensable de concevoir votre verrière avec des verres de haute qualité : c’est Saint-Gobain qui a produit ces verres au contrôle solaire renforcé. Ils ne laissent pas passer les UV et filtrent les rayons solaire tout en restant très lumineux. CONTRÔLER LA LUMIÈRE ET LA CHALEUR Enfin, MCP a conçu 12 stores occultants motorisés totalement sur-mesure qui permettent d’avoir le contrôle de l’ensoleillement de la verrière. Presque invisibles quand ils sont ouverts, nos stores en toile solaire haute performance se déroulent à partir du centre de la verrière pour venir occulter l’intégralité de la surface vitrée. Pilotés par un contrôle domotique centralisé, les stores répondent au doigt et à l’oeil. LE PROJET EN BREF : Une prestation d’exception : ce n’est pas tous les jours que les équipes de MCP ont l’occasion de travailler sur un pareil projet. What better way is there to overlook your inground pool than having a brand new sunroom that can be enjoyed every season? Our clients in Bel Air wanted the opportunity to enjoy having a cheery light-filled area where they can entertain their grandchildren, watch television, read a book or just relax. This space was built with the latest design and maintenance-free materials such as white shiplap, vinyl windows, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. A combination of recessed and indirect lighting was chosen for daytime and nighttime applications. Contrasting colors of white and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures created an updated look with coordinating furniture and accessories.
