The transition to several garden rooms, a gravel path leads from the rear terrace to the many spaces. The entry is flanked by the New England fieldstone seat wall, capped in blue stone. After removing an outdated circle drive and overgrown plantings, our team reconfigured the drive and installed a full-range color bluestone walk to clearly emphasize the main door over the side entry. Bluestone Wheaton.

Nickel fittings and traditional sanitaryware were added to pull the scheme together. Marble floor tiles bring a sense of luxury and provide cohesion with the kitchen below.

This family room is a one of a kind. The stone on the wall matches the stone that was used on the exterior of the house. The walnut floors are 7" boards that were custom stained. The beams were custom built and stained. Contact Mark Hickman Homes for more information.
