Transforming key spaces in a home can really change the overall look and feel, especially in main living areas such as a kitchen or primary bathroom! Our goal was to create a bright, fresh, and timeless design in each space. We accomplished this by incorporating white cabinetry and by swapping out the small, seemingly useless island for a large and much more functional peninsula. And to transform the primary bathroom into a serene sanctuary, we incorporated a new open and spacious glass shower enclosure as well as a luxurious free-standing soaking tub, perfect for ultimate relaxation.

Oversized pendant lights match the large scale of the custom kitchen island. The island features a built-in cooktop and built-in-place walnut butcher block top; open shelves made from the same walnut float above black basalt countertops and frame a farmhouse sink. Appliance nook is backed with penny tile that echoes the color and shape of the island lighting.

The new kitchen for this English-style 1920s Portland home was inspired by the classic English scullery—and Downton Abbey! A "royal" color scheme, British-made apron sink, and period pulls ground the project in history, while refined lines and modern functionality bring it up to the present.

Refreshing Kitchen Renovation
Galley kitchen renovated for more functional space. Our clients wanted to take their galley kitchen and transform it into a more open floor plan. This transformation of the galley took place into a larger functional “U” shaped kitchen. Natural alder cabinets were the choice for a light and bright kitchen space. As well as taking the cabinets to the ceiling provided more storage and organization. Including the addition of a large pot drawer cabinet. Each cabinet was accessorized with cabinet hardware in Verona Bronze.

We are excited to transform our living room and kitchen into a stunning open floor plan that promotes functionality and modern aesthetics. Our goal is to create a seamless flow between these two areas to enhance the overall experience of cooking, entertaining, and spending quality time with family and friends. We envision a space that maximizes natural light and uses a mix of contemporary and traditional elements to combine warmth and sophistication. We are drawn to open concept designs that allow for easy interaction and communication between the kitchen and living room, making it perfect for gatherings and socializing. Our color scheme leans towards neutral tones such as greys, whites, and beiges, with pops of color through accent pieces and artwork. We'd like to incorporate a mix of textures and materials, such as hardwood flooring, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances, to add depth and character to the space.
Prefinished Cabinets
This stylish kitchen was designed with light grey shaker kitchen cabinets from the Newport Grey Shaker Collection. Matching trim and accessory pieces including glass door upper cabinets, stacked crown molding detail, and décor legs give this kitchen a custom feel. It's hard to believe that this entire kitchen can be designed and created using only prefab cabinetry.
