This welcoming and unique property is adjacent to the Diablo Country Club golf course, nestled at the foot of Mt. Diablo. The grounds needed updating to compliment the home's transitional farmhouse-style remodel. We designed a new pavilion for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The pavilion houses a cozy kitchen & grill, sleek bar, TV, ceiling fan, heaters, wall speakers, and inviting dining area. A pergola and trellis flank the modernized swimming pool and spa, the larger pergola featuring a square fire pit. To the expansive lawn we added two natural stone patios, clean gravel and stone pathways, retaining walls and fresh plantings.
Betty Wasserman Art & Interiors
A modern farmhouse home in the Hamptons we designed! We wanted the exterior to be just as stunning as the interior, so we installed large floor to ceiling windows, garden sculptures, and a unique L-shaped pool with a luxurious lounge area.
Project completed by New York interior design firm Betty Wasserman Art & Interiors, which serves New York City, as well as across the tri-state area and in The Hamptons.

Rustico Tile & Stone
This hill country home has several outdoor living spaces including this above ground swimming pool.
The stone flooring is 12x24 Cantera stone tile in Recinto color. It is accented with 6x12 Antique Saltillo tile - also known as antique terra cotta tile. The barstools are also topped with custom fit cantera stone seating.
The coping edges are also Cantera stone coping pieces in Recinto. This is similar to a volcanic rock.

One Specialty Landscape Design, Pools & Hardscape
This Dallas area family desired to have a small scale grotto similar to the caves found in Italy and France in addition to a luxury pool and fire pit patio area to all harmonize with their newly built home. A challenge One Specialty gladly took on!
In addition to the grotto and slide made of 1x1 blue porcelain tiles, we added a stone beach entry to the custom swimming pool design which complements the custom stepping stones in the poolside area. Note the artificial turf used between these poolside stepping stones to lower water usage and for easy maintenance. Drip irrigation and low-water plants were utilized as well for water conservation in the swimming pool landscaping.
