LWB Design Landscape ArchitectureIt was a pleasure and a privilege to work with the owners of this custom home while it was still under construction. The early planning allowed LWB to design the topographic features of the site to fit into the amenities that the clients desired such as an organically shaped swimming pool, a spa, planting, etc. The extreme grades in the backyard created an opportunity to place the spa overlooking the pool. The unique grading situation also allowed the pool utilities to be built underneath the lawn in a vented room, hidden from view. Waterfalls in the pool and a water wall help to create a relaxing experience in the homeowner's backyard.
This Project was awarded with a coveted Grand Award in Residential Installation $50,001 & Over by the Ohio Nursery & Landscape Association.

ORIJIN STONE, LLCAt the edge of the Minnesota/Canadian border sits this stunning private estate. Perched on a rocky ledge overlooking an adjoined private island, the landscape install entailed blasting into the rock to form a pool. The impressive exterior of the house is clad in ORIJIN STONE's beautiful Wolfeboro™ Granite veneer, and interior features include ORIJIN natural stone tile and custom stone work.

Infinity Pools of TexasElevated spa, rock waterfall, grotto, and slide are all surrounded by 65 tons of real rock. Each boulder was laid out for maximum water flow, creating multiple water falls. The design culminates in the water fall that creates the grotto. Plus the slide adds an element of fun, while still blending in. This is a backyard oasis!
CAVINESS LANDSCAPE DESIGN, INC.This Caviness project for a modern farmhouse design in a community-based neighborhood called The Prairie At Post in Oklahoma. This complete outdoor design includes a large swimming pool with waterfalls, an underground slide, stream bed, glass tiled spa and sun shelf, native Oklahoma flagstone for patios, pathways and hand-cut stone retaining walls, lush mature landscaping and landscape lighting, a prairie grass embedded pathway design, embedded trampoline, all which overlook the farm pond and Oklahoma sky. This project was designed and installed by Caviness Landscape Design, Inc., a small locally-owned family boutique landscape design firm located in Arcadia, Oklahoma. We handle most all aspects of the design and construction in-house to control the quality and integrity of each project.

World Class PoolsConcrete Pool with Vanishing Edge and Waterfall. Above the pool are a Hot Tub and a Cool Tub! That will seat 15. The Waterfall at its height of 12 foot acts as a jumping rock to plunge into the 12 deep end of the pool. The project also has two fire bowls on either side of the vanishing edge and two other separate fire pits at opposite sides of the outdoor living area. Medallion Pool Co.Nestled above Lake Toxaway near Asheville and Brevard, North Carolina, the Mountain Lake Pool epitomizes the natural surroundings and includes a stream and waterfall from the front of the house, under a bridge and around the left-in-place boulder to the left in the photo. A grotto and "swimming hole" top off the experience as the water flows around the stepping stones and over another waterfall.

The 3,400 SF, 3 – bedroom, 3 ½ bath main house feels larger than it is because we pulled the kids’ bedroom wing and master suite wing out from the public spaces and connected all three with a TV Den.
Convenient ranch house features include a porte cochere at the side entrance to the mud room, a utility/sewing room near the kitchen, and covered porches that wrap two sides of the pool terrace.
We designed a separate icehouse to showcase the owner’s unique collection of Texas memorabilia. The building includes a guest suite and a comfortable porch overlooking the pool.
The main house and icehouse utilize reclaimed wood siding, brick, stone, tie, tin, and timbers alongside appropriate new materials to add a feeling of age.
Keith Zars PoolsThis is great use of the overflow area of the infinity pool. Infinity basin has a swim up bar with a marble shelf and Pebble Tec's "Bead Crete" glass bead plaster.
