The Musgrove features clean lines and beautiful symmetry. The inviting drive welcomes homeowners and guests to a front entrance flanked by columns and stonework. The main level foyer leads to a spacious sitting area, whose hearth is shared by the open dining room and kitchen. Multiple doorways give access to a sunroom and outdoor living spaces. Also on the main floor is the master suite. Upstairs, there is room for three additional bedrooms and two full baths. Photographer: Brad Gillette

A charming 1920s Los Angeles home serves as a place of business, and the guest room doubles as a work studio. Double rails on elfa hanging standards from The Container Store, hang samples. They're functional, but also create a lovely focal point in a room.

The home's office isn't quite complete with furniture on the way. The built in cabinets on either side of the fireplace provide for their office needs. .

Cocalico Builders: The owner of this property wanted to restore the Old Mill and built this beautiful retail flower shop. We tried to combine old and new and make it appear that they were always connected. The natural stone of the new shop blends in nicely with the old stone walls of the Bear Mill.

The first thing you notice about this property is the stunning views of the mountains, and our clients wanted to showcase this. We selected pieces that complement and highlight the scenery. Our clients were in love with their brown leather couches, so we knew we wanted to keep them from the beginning. This was the focal point for the selections in the living room, and we were able to create a cohesive, rustic, mountain-chic space. The home office was another critical part of the project as both clients work from home. We repurposed a handmade table that was made by the client’s family and used it as a double-sided desk. We painted the fireplace in a gorgeous green accent to make it pop. Finding the balance between statement pieces and statement views made this project a unique and incredibly rewarding experience. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. She serves Miami as well as surrounding areas such as Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, and Hallandale Beach. This calming office space was created using wall panelling to all walls, painted in a soft blue tone. The room is brought to life through styling & accessories with contrasting textures like this marble table lamp and striking coral artwork. Making the most of the space by using a corner desk in an equally relaxing deep blue & feature, rustic shelving above which together provides ample work space. Completed December 2019 - 2 bed home, Four Marks, Hampshire.
