Le projet vise à rénover la cuisine d’un appartement situé à la Salle les Alpes. La volonté des clients était de pouvoir intégrer un lave-vaisselle, de retrouver un linéaire de plan de travail utile et de rafraîchir cet espace. Grâce à un dossier d'inspirations, ils ont pu se projeter et affiner leurs choix. Deux propositions ont été réalisées avec différentes dispositions et esthétiques. Depuis, les travaux ont été réalisés.

Originally Built in 1903, this century old farmhouse located in Powdersville, SC fortunately retained most of its original materials and details when the client purchased the home. Original features such as the Bead Board Walls and Ceilings, Horizontal Panel Doors and Brick Fireplaces were meticulously restored to the former glory allowing the owner’s goal to be achieved of having the original areas coordinate seamlessly into the new construction.

The best of past and present architectural styles combine in this welcoming, farmhouse-inspired design. Clad in low-maintenance siding, the distinctive exterior has plenty of street appeal, with its columned porch, multiple gables, shutters and interesting roof lines. Other exterior highlights included trusses over the garage doors, horizontal lap siding and brick and stone accents. The interior is equally impressive, with an open floor plan that accommodates today’s family and modern lifestyles. An eight-foot covered porch leads into a large foyer and a powder room. Beyond, the spacious first floor includes more than 2,000 square feet, with one side dominated by public spaces that include a large open living room, centrally located kitchen with a large island that seats six and a u-shaped counter plan, formal dining area that seats eight for holidays and special occasions and a convenient laundry and mud room. Know your dimensions, plan cabinetry carefully and consider the placement of your appliances.
