This guest bedroom packs a real design punch and is filled with clever affordable hacks. The scheme started around the paint colour which is Dulux Breton Blue, the owner then made a DIY headboard with fabric from Premier Prints and livened up an old mirror with twigs. The homemade items are mixed with beautiful antiques; the bureau dresser and authentic Kilim, and some modern pieces thrown in like the Starkey lamp from Made and the bedside table from Ikea. The variety of items all help to curate the relaxed, eclectic style of this fun guest bedroom.

Guest Bedroom Renovation. Client requested a unique boutique hotel vibe, and to use Hotel Indigo for inspiration. Removed Carpet, replaced with gorgeous water color porcelain tile. Repainted deep grays with bold yellow trim and fretwork. Replaced basic white ceiling fan with two tone wood and metal modern ceiling fan with dimmable, white color-shifting LED light. Furnished with an eclectic mix of midcentury styled pieces, as well as industrial and art deco style lamps, a live-edge wood side table, light gray velvet bed, bamboo roman shades, and open clothing storage. Finished with décor items and artwork.

This charming kids guest room was design with fun and whimsy in mind. The client wanted to transform a spare bedroom into a guest room for kids. We achieved some fun and flare with a new coat of paint and Eskayel wallpaper to give the space character and movement. We furnished the room with a daybed that includes a trundle to accommodate two children. We added boho elements like a bright vintage Moroccan rug and mixed textures with pillows and blankets that have graphic patterns. Guest room painted in Little Greene Mid 'Rolling Fog Mid' , with an accent wall covered in Archive Trails I, PARADISE - FEATHER wallpaper. The background in the wallpaper is also Rolling Fog and there are neon accents in it to make the paper feel more contemporary. The green bed is the Bermondsey from Sofas & Stuff covered in Napoli Viridian, a cotton velvet. The side table is from Swoon Editions and has a campaign style to it. The lamp is from Pooky and so is the yellow velvet shade. The roman blonds from Hillarys were fitted outside the recess to allow for more light during the winter months (this is a north facing room) and the colour was chosen to match the paprika red in the wallpaper.
