Bringing south of the boarder to the north of the boarder our Mexican Baja theme courtyard/living room makeover in Coronado Island is where our client have their entertainment now and enjoy the great San Diego weather daily. We've designed the courtyard to be a true outdoor living space with a full kitchen, dinning area, and a lounging area next to an outdoor fireplace. And best of all a fully engaged 15 feet pocket door system that opens the living room right out to the courtyard. A dream comes true for our client!
Archadeck - Columbus
Archadeck of Columbus Delivers Year-Round Enjoyment with a 3-Season Room/Patio/Hardscape/Fire Pit Combination in Dublin, OH
Sometimes a tired, aging wooden deck just needs to be RE-tired, as in “retired,” as in replaced by a patio. That was the case for these Dublin, OH, homeowners who decided to go with a fresh, new paver patio and hardscape from Archadeck of Columbus instead of redecking or having a new deck installed. They also upgraded their screened porch by turning it into a 3-season room. Their instincts were good. Look how this stunning patio and 3-season room combination space has brought new life to their back yard!
Archadeck of Northeast Dallas
When facing the rear of the home in the backyard, to the right of the pavilion we constructed a stunning custom fire feature. This wood-burning fire pit is built from Oklahoma chopped stone, and a gray luedersstone top, along with two stain and stamp pathways that match the patio floor of the covered patio/pergola area just off the back of the house. To add visual interest and greater functionality to this area, we used black crushed rock around the fire pit to finish it off.
Archadeck of Austin
We built the outdoor kitchen with silver mist chopped stone, another beautiful material included in this project. The homeowners’ selection of materials was top shelf throughout. These fine materials combined with Archadeck of Austin’s functional and beautiful deck design resulted in a spectacular outdoor living project.

The garden supports wildlife with water, native seeds, nectars and berries year round. It is a ready refuge should nearby wildspaces burn. In the meantime, it delights them and the humans who join them in the space!

MTR Landscape Architects
The Landscape Architect worked with a shotcrete artist to design this waterfall, seen here from a bridge that crosses it. The portion of the waterfall below the bridge can be used as a waterslide. This cool shady spot is perfect for the cutleaf Japanese maples shown here.

We are so confident that this dry deck space will stay dry, we installed a TV mount for the clients’ TV beneath the deck. While you’re looking at the TV, take a look at the “crown molding” above it. That’s not crown molding! What appears to be “trim” is actually a gutter, part of the under-deck drainage system we installed to keep the new patio dry.
