In this photo you can see the blend of landscape and hard scape. The pool environment is inviting from most ever corner of the yard with the comfort of the heated cabana and over sized living spaces. The appointment of bluestone paving throughout the backyard adds to the craftsman architecture.
Cascade West Development
Inspired by the majesty of the Northern Lights and this family's everlasting love for Disney, this home plays host to enlighteningly open vistas and playful activity. Like its namesake, the beloved Sleeping Beauty, this home embodies family, fantasy and adventure in their truest form. Visions are seldom what they seem, but this home did begin 'Once Upon a Dream'. Welcome, to The Aurora.

Bianchi Design
Kirk Bianchi created the design for this residential resort next to a desert preserve. The overhang of the homes patio suggested a pool with a sweeping curve shape. Kirk positioned a raised vanishing edge pool to work with the ascending terrain and to also capture the reflections of the scenery behind. The fire pit and bbq areas are situated to capture the best views of the superstition mountains, framed by the architectural pergola that creates a window to the vista beyond. A raised glass tile spa, capturing the colors of the desert context, serves as a jewel and centerpiece for the outdoor living space.
Stone Garden
The homeowners took on an ambitious project: to build a terraced patio with steps descending to a lower patio with a firepit overlooking the water. Backed by 20+ years of construction experience, they were able to take the project from design to reality. They chose creme travertine tiles accented with a silver travertine inlay over an Ashland wall block system base. With the solar heater on the roof for the swimming pool and the outdoor fire pit, this view in the yard shows off most of the outdoor living spaces. From the cozy fire you can survey the full back yard. A glass of wine, the bocce court just to the right and the warmth of the fire in the evening time. Michael Tebb and his team put their special touch on each part of the back yard that Peter Koenig laid out in design.
