Winchester Natural Stone Veneer Entrance

Quarry MillQuarry Mill
This residential front entrance highlights Winchester thin veneer from the Quarry Mill. Winchester stones bring a basic stone with shades of tan and random overlays of white, black, brown, and other random shades. This natural stone veneer comes in random rectangular shapes with a tumbled edge that adds a very natural look to your project. Laying out these stones in a staggered, brick-like pattern will help create that stacked stone look and keep the random colors and tones from resulting in a repeating pattern. The earthy tones of this stone will work well with any decor. The various sizes and shapes of the Winchester stones add depth to your space.

SeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture. This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views. Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes. We designed this home to meet the needs of a family who home-schools their two children. We configured the home-school room so that its use can change over time and become a library or away room. The playroom will become a media / gaming room as needs change. The husband offices from home and has occasional visits from business clients, so we designed an office with interior access and a separate exterior entrance. Besides those rooms, this 3,800 SF house features a master suite with exercise room, two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath, a mudroom, laundry room, powder room, half bath, and a small office by the kitchen.

Designed to appear as a barn and function as an entertainment space and provide places for guests to stay. Once the estate is complete this will look like the barn for the property. Inspired by old stone Barns of New England we used reclaimed wood timbers and siding inside.
