Studio 76 Kitchens and BathsIn this two story addition, we designed a family room (or lounge) adjacent to the home gym. In one corner of the room sits a wet bar with a wine cooler, Artisan Grey Quartz countertop by HanStone, a Blanco Silgranit sink, and backsplash and side wall tile Ona Blanco with wave pattern by Porcelanosa. The floating shelves and the cabinets are from our very own Studio 76 Home line of cabinetry and design.

NEVA Architecture Intérieure - Interior DesignUn superbe salon/salle à manger aux teintes exotiques et chaudes ! Un bleu-vert très franc pour ce mur, une couleur peu commune. Le canapé orange, là encore très original, est paré et entouré de mobilier en tissu wax aux motifs hypnotisant. Le tout répond à un coin dînatoire en partie haute pour 6 personnes. Benvenuti and SteinRustic style home with open floor plan has a 2nd floor loft for sewing art studio. Living space has a built-in mini bar and seamlessly connects to the dining space and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings add to the overall spaciousness and warm finishes keep it cozy.
Rudloff Custom BuildersThe light filled, step down family room has a custom, vaulted tray ceiling and double sets of French doors with aged bronze hardware leading to the patio. Tucked away in what looks like a closet, the built-in home bar has Sub-Zero drink drawers. The gorgeous Rumford double-sided fireplace (the other side is outside on the covered patio) has a custom-made plaster moulding surround with a beige herringbone tile insert.

Fran Kerzner- DESIGN SYNTHESISThe client wanted to update her tired, dated family room. They had grown accustomed to having reclining seats so one challenge was to create a new reclining sectional that looked fresh and contemporary. This one has three reclining seats plus convenient USB ports.
They also needed new custom cabinetry to accommodate their new 75" flat screen so we worked with the cabinetry and AV vendors to design a unit that would encompass all of the AV plus display and storage extending all the way to the window seat.
We designed a new coffered ceiling with lighting in each bay. And built out the fireplace with dimensional tile to the ceiling.
The color scheme was kept intentionally monochromatic to show off the different textures with the only color being touches of blue in the pillows and accessories to pick up the art glass.
Alair Homes PlanoThis new home was built on an old lot in Dallas, TX in the Preston Hollow neighborhood. The new home is a little over 5,600 sq.ft. and features an expansive great room and a professional chef’s kitchen. This 100% brick exterior home was built with full-foam encapsulation for maximum energy performance. There is an immaculate courtyard enclosed by a 9' brick wall keeping their spool (spa/pool) private. Electric infrared radiant patio heaters and patio fans and of course a fireplace keep the courtyard comfortable no matter what time of year. A custom king and a half bed was built with steps at the end of the bed, making it easy for their dog Roxy, to get up on the bed. There are electrical outlets in the back of the bathroom drawers and a TV mounted on the wall behind the tub for convenience. The bathroom also has a steam shower with a digital thermostatic valve. The kitchen has two of everything, as it should, being a commercial chef's kitchen! The stainless vent hood, flanked by floating wooden shelves, draws your eyes to the center of this immaculate kitchen full of Bluestar Commercial appliances. There is also a wall oven with a warming drawer, a brick pizza oven, and an indoor churrasco grill. There are two refrigerators, one on either end of the expansive kitchen wall, making everything convenient. There are two islands; one with casual dining bar stools, as well as a built-in dining table and another for prepping food. At the top of the stairs is a good size landing for storage and family photos. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a movie room. What makes this home so special is the Casita! It has its own entrance off the common breezeway to the main house and courtyard. There is a full kitchen, a living area, an ADA compliant full bath, and a comfortable king bedroom. It’s perfect for friends staying the weekend or in-laws staying for a month.
DecorbuddiThe stunning window makes the most fantastic alternative seating for the room. There are low-level
bespoke floor cushions with backs for comfort to line this space which doubles as a chill-out space or a place to
play board games. The space is intended to be a fun place both adults and young people can come together. It is a playful bar and media room. The design is an eclectic design to transform an existing playroom to accommodate a young adult
hang out and a bar in a family home. The contemporary and luxurious interior design was achieved on a budget. Riverstone Paint Matt bar and blue media room with metallic panelling. Interior design for well being. Creating a healthy home to suit the individual style of the owners.
Henck Design LLCThe first photos shown are of the 4th floor lounge area with full kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher for easy access from the roof deck on the top level and guests in adjacent bedrooms. We collaborated with our clients to decide on the black and white eclectic circular wallpaper from Scion. The clean look allows for the room to be modern while supportive of rustic pieces for an eclectic, relaxed look.
