This bland entry was transformed with wallpaper and a narrow console table perfect for a small space. The mirror reflects light from the front door and creates and open and inviting place for guests to enter.
The woven shoe basket collects shoes, coats and backpacks for ease of grabbing on the way out the door.

A traditional 1930 Spanish bungalow, re-imagined and respectfully updated by ArtCraft Homes to create a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home of over 1,300sf plus 400sf of bonus space in a finished detached 2-car garage. Authentic vintage tiles from Claycraft Potteries adorn the all-original Spanish-style fireplace. Remodel by Tim Braseth of ArtCraft Homes, Los Angeles. Photos by Larry Underhill.

The homeowners recently moved from California and wanted a “modern farmhouse” with lots of metal and aged wood that was timeless, casual and comfortable to match their down-to-Earth, fun-loving personalities. They wanted to enjoy this home themselves and also successfully entertain other business executives on a larger scale. We added furnishings, rugs, lighting and accessories to complete the foyer, living room, family room and a few small updates to the dining room of this new-to-them home.

Entry Console in French Country inspired furnishings project. Project scope included selecting new flooring and refurnishing the entry, living room, and dining room of this family home. The client's heirloom dining set and some existing art and accessories was inspiration for the French Country influence. This budget friendly furnishings project needed to include a pull-out sofa for overnight guests, and curtains for light control when used for sleeping, plenty of seating for hosting gatherings, and storage for some supplies and instruments for family jam sessions.

ESTUDI A L'ÀTIC.

Small changes for a big impact! This entry space was updated with a modern black sputnik entry light, a warm honey oak console with additional storage, bold shapely lamps with a pop of acrylic, a warm turkish rug to ground the space, and a beautiful pencil reed mirror for some texture and interest.

We brought in black accents in furniture and decor throughout the main level of this modern farmhouse. The deacon's bench and custom initial handpainted wood sign tie the black fixtures and railings together.

This apartment is in an older building in north Toronto. The clients were downsizing and wanted a clean, uncluttered space. We removed the hall closet, fitted the drop ceiling with pot lights, clad the accent wall with grass cloth and furnished the niche with a beautiful walnut cabinet.
