The light fixture above her desk belonged to a family member and was important to our client so we included it in the design to give a sense of personalization and bring in a sense of closeness to her loved ones. For this office space, we did floor-to-ceiling custom built-ins.

Across from the craft area we built a custom 30" deep desk with stained pecan top, central trash bin pull out, file storage on either side, and concealed wire storage cabinet with an easy access panel. An accent wall of Serena & Lily wallpaper and chandelier by Aerin really bring an elegant touch to this home office.

This client wanted a fresh start, taking only minimal items from her old house when she moved. We gave the kitchen and half bath a facelift, and then decorated the rest of the house with all new furniture and decor, while incorporating her unique and funky art and family pieces. The result is a house filled with fun and unexpected surprises, one of our favorites to date!

Pea-a-boo beach views add bright light to balance the slate blue walls. Plenty of horizontal space was added for crafts, office work and displaying jewelry, family photos and collectibles. Photograph by Dick Krueger.

Built-ins need storage in cozy office. Rich blue walls and carpet unify the space and create a dramatic effect.

A graphic Schumacher grasscloth wraps a previously unused office space in a rich blue palette. With a piece of art from the homeowner’s collection and a red sconce by Hwang Bishop above a vintage desk, this space welcomes a quiet moment more than ever.

This space was so dark and unutilized, The acrylic desk allows for light to flow through and help open the space. The console was once the buffet in the dining room. The base was removed and replaced with acrylic feet to lower it, and a painted glass top was added. It also got the safe treatment as the front door and entry console, with the gold metallic automotive finish. The sleek office chair is covered in a aqua and gold metallic leather that also shares the entry console top. A fun zebra hide rug, and a classic Eames Lounge chair and ottoman help make the space feel complete.
