Moving into the pool bath we chose to carry in the Blue Limestone found throughout the home. For the shower pan we continued the limestone in a square mosaic then selected a Helsinki White Honed marble in offset brick for the walls. Cabochon Surfaces & Fixtures

We developed an old commercial garage into a modern residential loft-like townhouse. It featured a green roof, wide-open spaces, great natural light, trim-less details, and a cedar rain screen. The ground floor was left open and somewhat industrial, with the original i-beam exposed. While that floor would work great as a living room, we wanted to make it an inspiring space for artists and other creative types to work, too. Upstairs was designed to be more refined, though equally loft-like and open. We added skylights and a roofdeck and flooded the space with high quality natural light. A juliet balcony was brought back to life off the second floor. Up on the roof, we created an urban oasis - an ipe and cedar deck, green roof, and cedar rain screen were created to give the new owners a great place to spend a summer evening, enjoying their view of the skyline. Combining both existing materials such as the i-beam and exposed brick with clean, modern lines, we created a unique, open space for live / work urban lifestyles.

For this period cottage refurbishment we created this eye-catching shower room using these stylish, cutting- edge tiles. Johnson Tiles' Loft range of glazed porcelain wall tiles injected an element of industrial chic, paired with Downton by Utopia furniture, perfectly mirroring the on-trend, creative feel of the project. Adding to the high-tech mix is Aqualisa's Q-Smart digital shower control.

Il bagno è illuminato da una finestra velux che durante l’arco della giornata crea effetti di luce scenografici all’interno. Il rivestimento utilizzato è abbastanza scuro: il tono va dal verde al blu con note di ruggine che conferiscono quell’effetto materico quasi palpabile. Una grossa doccia walk-in e una vasca idromassaggio attribuiscono al bagno le sembianze di una spa privata. Di grande effetto è l’illuminazione che percorrendo l’andamento del tetto regala luce in ogni parte dell’ambiente. Foto di Simone Marulli
