Заказчики не были против изменения планировочного решения, и таким образом нам удалось добавить целых 2 помещения- гардеробную и кладовую, а также прихожую и кухню-гостиную мы сделали единым пространством. Основную сложность этого проекта составило органичное объединение пространства кухни-гостиной и прихожей, так как дверей там не предусматривалось и нужно было, чтобы стилевое решение из одного помещения плавно перетекало в другое, это усложнялось также г-образной планировкой, но благодаря удачной расстановке мебели, линейному освещению, выбранным декоративным элементам и цветовому решению это удалось отлично реализовать и воплотить в жизнь. Спокойная цветовая гамма этих помещений намекает нам на концепцию всей квартиры.

Das ergänzte Wandregal nimmt Lebensmittel griffbereit auf und bietet Müsligläsern, Speisezutaten und Gewürzen ausreichenden und übersichtlichen Platz.

Holland Park House

This house lies on a mid-century modern estate in Holland Park by celebrated architects Maxwell Fry and Jane Drew. Built in 1966, the estate features red brick terraces with integrated garages and generous communal gardens. The project included a rear extension in matching brick, internal refurbishment and new landscaping. Original internal partitions were removed to create flexible open plan living spaces. A new winding stair is finished in powder coated steel and oak. This compact stair results in significant additional useable floor area on each level. The rear extension at ground floor creates a kitchen and social space, with a large frameless window allowing new views of the side garden. White oiled oak flooring provides a clean contemporary finish, while reflecting light deep into the room. Dark blue ceramic tiles in the garden draw inspiration from the original tiles at the entrance to each house. Bold colour highlights continue in the kitchen units, new stair and the geometric tiled bathroom. At first floor, a flexible space can be separated with sliding doors to create a study, play room and a formal reception room overlooking the garden. The study is located in the original shiplap timber clad bay, that cantilevers over the main entrance. The house is finished with a selection of mid-century furniture in keeping with the era. Full kitchen remodel and new luxury vinyl tile. This homes original kitchen needed a personality and we gave it one. Echelon Cabinetry in the Bedford door style in maple wood with a nutmeg stained finish make the new kitchen warm and inviting. Getting rid of the original kitchens dry walled soffits and doing cabinetry and trims to the ceiling added storage and a more appealing look. The granite countertops and tile backsplash work together nicely with the new vinyl tile floors. Vinyl tiles can be grouted and look just like real tile with all the durability but are softer and warmer on the feet. The new vinyl floorings are really something you should definitely check them out if you are considering new flooring for a kitchen or bath remodel.
