L’électricité et la plomberie ont été modifiées avant l’installation des meubles, au millimètre près, autour des poutres, du pilier et de la chaudière. Les finitions sont impeccables.
La lumière naturelle se reflète dans le travertin au sol qui illumine toute la pièce.
Chaque espace de rangement semble quasiment invisible grâce aux poignées fines et discrètes intégrées sur les meubles bas.

Cafeina DesignPiedra “Stone” is a residential building that aimed to evoke the form of a polished geometry that experiences the flow of energy between the earth and the sky. The selection of the reflective glass facade was key to produce this evocation, since it reflects and changes with its context, becoming a dynamic element.
The architectural program consisted of 3 towers placed one next to the other, surrounding the common garden, the geometry of each building is shaped as if it dialogs and seduces the neighboring volume, wanting to touch but never succeeding. Each one is part of a system keeping its individuality and essence.
This apartment complex is designed to create a unique experience for each homeowner since they will all be different as well; hence each one of the 30 apartments units is different in surface, shape, location, or features. Seeking an individual identity for their owners. Additionally, the interior design was designed to provide an intimate and unique discovery. For that purpose, each apartment has handcrafted golden appliances such as lamps, electric outlets, faucets, showers, etc that intend to awaken curiosity along the way.
Additionally, one of the main objectives of the project was to promote an integrated community where neighbors could do more than cohabitate. Consequently, the towers were placed surrounding an urban orchard where not only the habitats will have the opportunity to grow their own food but also socialize and even have creative conflicts with each other. Finally, instead of demolishing an existing guest house located in the lot, the design team decided to integrate it into the community as a social space in the center of the lot that the neighbors decided to occupy as an art workshop for painters and was even occupied for such purpose even during the construction of the towers.
Contemporary Home Construction, LLCIn this transformational project, we converted a cramped, segmented layout into an expansive open-concept living area. By removing non-load bearing walls, we were able to create a unified space that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas. High-quality hardwood flooring now stretches across this open area, replacing the outdated linoleum and wall-to-wall carpet. Our team installed custom-built cherry cabinets, adding a touch of luxury and ample storage to the kitchen. Complementing the cabinetry are elegant granite countertops that provide both durability and aesthetic appeal. A generously-sized kitchen island not only offers additional prep space but also serves as a casual dining area, perfectly situated for family gatherings. The result is a harmonious, inviting environment where natural light floods in, enriching the entire space with warmth and vitality.

When our client from Wendover approached us to re-design their kitchen, they wanted something sleek and sophisticated but also comfortable and warm. We knew just what to do — design and build a contemporary yet cosy kitchen.
This space is about clean, sleek lines. We've chosen Hacker Systemat cabinetry — sleek and sophisticated — in the colours Black and Oak. A touch of warm wood enhances the black units in the form of oak shelves and backsplash. The wooden accents also perfectly match the exposed ceiling trusses, creating a cohesive space.
This modern, inviting space opens up to the garden through glass folding doors, allowing a seamless transition between indoors and out. The area has ample lighting from the garden coming through the glass doors, while the under-cabinet lighting adds to the overall ambience.
The island is built with two types of worksurface: Dekton Laurent (a striking dark surface with gold veins) for cooking and Corian Designer White for eating. Lastly, the space is furnished with black Siemens appliances, which fit perfectly into the dark colour palette of the space.
